Every time I go in there the guys are pretty busy behind the counter but they make you feel welcome they let you know that they're busy and that they're going to get to you as soon as they can they work their butts off I give them props. The tall skinny shift leader, manager or whatever he is that dude needs to relax he's too stressed out. And you need to watch the profanity when you have customer standing in the lobby waiting patiently to place their orders.

Salad was wilt horribly I brought it back for a replacement meal I asked for the spicy chicken meal add pickles for them to only give me a sandwich no fries or drink I asked for fry’s barely got them and to get home and only have a tomato a small piece of wilted lettuce and no pickle ? trash

I’ve never come to this location before and never will again. There are a bunch of young gentlemen that work here and while they are all very nice and sweet, none of them have any organizational skills. ? They forgot to give me my drinks then I looked in my bag and got a cheeseburger instead of a baconator. When I asked one of the staff he apologized and said no it was not a baconator and said he’d make me one. I’ve been waiting 20 mins…2 other employees have come and asked me what I’m waiting for. Yet I still Haven’t received my baconator. At this point the rest of my food is cold and I’m just over it. They all were very nice and apologized but idk what I need to do to get a sandwich??!!!
