So I'm a GM at a local restaurant these managers really came out and asked to take my son's personal phone into the store without him there but won't give their personal information out and then left and then when I asked for like information like who's the GM who is in charge like again I already know how this all works out you have GMS and you have shift leads we're all struggling right now but then we literally this guy is sitting here laughing at us in the Drive-Thru Lane to and then wants to send another manager out because he can't figure out what to do can't get the name right and then my son had to get out of the car to go pay for the food that they try to get to him for free and then we call to find out information they want to sit here and do this stuff pull the phones seriously pull the phone records train your people better

The service was horrible. Ordered single burger and a meal. Received 2 burgers had to ask for the drink. Pulled around and opened the bag and no fries. Went back in and given cold fries. Tomatoes were green and tough. Do better!!! Won’t be back!

Dear Patrick Mahomes, you have all stars working for you at this location. Let me tell you. I dined in around 3 am. The food was amazing, but I really want to give a special shoutout to the manager Aaron that was working behind the counter. His energy and customer service was beyond top notch. And that’s not always easy to do when working the graveyard shift. This man deserves a raise. Or at the very least a special visit from you to shake his hand. Top notch just like your gridiron talent.
There is something special about this Whataburger. The staff is full of energy and pride in their work. It adds up to excellent service. I am genuinely impressed. Four different employees attended to me, even though two of them were apparently done with their shift! Thank you.

I went through the drive-thru with my dad and i. We both just got their small single hamburger with cheese, french fries and a drink meal. Everything was fantastic. Their small single hamburger though is much bigger and better than any other fast food place. I can't even imagine how big the double cheeseburger is or triple. We did get our food fast. The young man of color was so amazing. HE DESERVES A RAISE!!! Very professional, polite, and was obviously loving his job. Fabulous work ethic. Keep up the great service. Cheers, Amy Q
