Walked in waited 7 minutes for someone to even acknowledge we were in the store to place an order and excuse given was we are short staffed, practically every table was dirty , waited 15 minutes for food burgers were gray in color like boiled, was asked if wanted cheese was not told up charge for said cheese .69 per slice was unaware of this since was our first and last experience dining at Whataburger totally disappointed.

I like the onion rings when hot. Always ask for hot food ?
Parking: I did not have a problem with finding a parking area. Plenty of handicap parking also.
Kid-friendliness: Seem like the kids enjoyed the atmosphere. Some had on whataburger hats.

I’ve gone to this whataburger several times, overnight. My order is wrong almost every time. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwhich add bacon. Apparently adding bacon translates into omitting lettuce tomato pickle and mayonnaise.
I’ve also ordered the chicken strip dinner ADD an extra chicken strip and on more than one occasion the extra chicken strip is charged for but never in my meal.

The food is so good, especially of ur just looking for some good junk food, man. And the customer service was WONDERULLL!! The workers were super kind and when we had to wait a little bit for our shakes they gave a couple FREE brownies and cookies. I so recommend this place if ur in the area. Everyone is super sweet :))

Went through the drive through after a 12 hour shift. First time eating at this restaurant. I received a strawberry shake that was not mixed and it was running down the sides of the cup. The French fries were soggy and greasy. Will never eat at a whataburger again. What a waste of nearly $10.

This is definitely not like any of the one's in Texas at all I've been to a couple in the kansas city area and they are all nasty nasty nasty not clean place at all the food is Raw hamburgers the worker's seems more interesting in joking around and dancing than cooking your food or cleaning up anything it's a shame because we love the ones in Texas but in Kc they don't even match up at all what a Shame

Went late night. Took 20 minutes to make a double burger with no condiments. That was too difficult of task. Brought out a single instea. Didn't ever fix it the mistake. Seemed uninterested. Overall bad service.
