Me and a handful of customers were ignored for probably 5 minutes straight before anyone bothered to acknowledge our presence. Place was also extremely dirty to the point that we couldn't really enjoy our food (that took forever) afterwards. Definitely won't be going back.

Do not eat here !! I ordered my food yesterday and by the morning I was throwing up with a fever and had diarrhea! Turns out I got salmonella!

Chicken 🐔 was white on spots not cooked all the way and then they couldn't refund my money had to wait 7 business days because they didn't know how to use the register to give me back my money. Can we please get a Wingstop in another area.

Y’all they spend 45 mins just to have our order ready and it was 4 workers back there and the store was pcked with DoorDash drivers and regular walk-ins literally took FOREVERRRRR.

The service was horrible extremely slow even though they had plenty of people in the back. Everyone was just talking instead of making the orders. There were only three people in the lobby, and I still had to wait a long time for a sandwich with fries. Every time I visit this location it’s the same thing way too slow.
I order on uber eats my order carried good but they stacked me order they put my oringal hot with lemon pepper and there were no forks in the bag no napkins….. Need to talk to store manager ASAP

Seen a cockroach by the drink station. I only noticed because it’ smelled and I looked around to see if it was due to a trash can close by but nope. I’m assuming they don’t really clean it and seen a cockroach run under it

This place was FILTHY!!! The freestyle machine had a hair on the inner part and lots of dried soda/juice. I ordered 10 wings but received 9, my wings were SAT IN SAUCE, not shaken in the sauce. IAM DONE WITH THIS LOCATION!!!

My order was not correct also was cold after they made me wait 10mins while my food was sitting on the counter. Not the first time I have a bad experience.
They have 10 people working in the kitchen and it still takes forever!!! They prioritize online orders. So if you are there in the restaurant waiting there is no sense of urgency!!! Can't wait until Popeyes at the Legends opens!!!!!
The location on Johnson Drive is better! They will mess up your order here.
Worst place ordered online it said 16-20mins came inside and not ready than they told me 9 mins than 30 mins when by and nothing I asked again 5mins than 20 mins more and nothing when I asked again they like we are about to make you order 10mins later nothing!!! But if their friends came in and order right there 2 mins later their food was ready! About 5-6 people were so mad because we been waiting for more than 1 and half!!! And then they said is up to the cook if they want to make your order! Like seriously worse service people taking their breaks leaving everything to two people got to many orders
