Who is running the place because they are not doing a good job at all. They always get my order wrong today being the worst ! They are using chicken that isn’t even Wingstop chicken. They think you won’t notice but I do. They will give you one actual Wingstop chicken strip and some random dry chicken breast strips that they will fry too hard and sent out. They sent me a very large wrong order. I had to wait another hour for the correct one and it was still missing items with the fake chicken in it. I will be contacting corporate because if I order Wingstop I want Wingstop quality chicken. Also, all my food was cold with no seasoning on the fries and some of the fries were just sitting in a bed of dried out potato skins. Check the bag before you drive off because they obviously are doing something wrong in the kitchen and are completely idiotic when filling orders.

I have been a longtime customer and know Dan and his son, the last 2 visits after 300pm were horrible and chaotic. 5 or six if not more staff. Standing around and visiting with each other! No customer service whatsoever. The first time I called in my order I was on hold for 9minutes and got hung up on. When I got there she said they were so busy she had to hang up ..

It was an extremely busy night due to the Chiefs/Dolphins AFC wild card game, but they were staffed for the demand. Wings were ready, hot and on time but forgot the fires, which was not a big issue.

This is the first time we've been disappointed in our multiple to go orders - got home, unpacked wings and fries, fries were cold, bits and pieces, not good. We did not take our time to call - did not want to drive to pick up freshly cooked fries while our wings got cold in the mean time. Disappointed.

These were not chicken wings but more like chicken nuggets. They were very greasy and very salty. I just ate a bit of it and threw the nuggets away. The fries were also very salty. I dunno, if you eat this stuff you feel horrible. I have not gone here in a long time, now I know why. I threw the fries away too. If your going to charge folks a lot. You need quality wings and not cover it up with tons of salt. This stuff will kill you!

So I love wingstop but this location by my house sucks. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and have ordered twice now with tonight being the last.The boneless wings were like dried old chicken nuggets with 10 soggy mild wings and 10 herb seasoned that were not seasoned at all. Fries were ok that was all to see here. Last week's wings bone in were the same. Will try buffalo wild wings next time for sure.

When you order online they have an option for well done fries. For some reason they don't care about that part. Wings are good. Just wish I could get crispy fries without going in to order and babysitting the
