They need to holler at the customer's name when they're finished bagging it rather than just placing it on a rack and making it sit they waste more customers time than anything else I like my French fries to be hot and fresh not cold and had sitting on a shelf for 10 minutes before they say the name also there notoriously forgetting my ranch

Ewwww!! Boneless bbq were tender nuggets with bbq thrown on it…classic wings literally had so much grease in the box they leaked in my gear shift, I had to throw away the soooy bag in the parking lot and they RUINED my car seats on the drive home. Currently reaching out to corporate to have the damage to my car addressed!! Good luck. Staff equally as nice as they are careless!! GOOD LUCK….

The wait time is ridiculous. If I have a pick up order why am I waiting 30 minutes for someone to ask if I’m picking up or placing? Food always good the customer service is bunz! I’m irritated and this has happened more than once.

I guess they the only way I will be able to get wings with some type of seasoning on them is get barbecue or hot sauce on them and I guess they taste better then, I guess… but I got regular wings and they absolutely had no seasoning on them, none…

I went to restaurant for an online order, while waiting for order to be ready one of the crew locked door, one person waiting on the lobby as well open from inside for another person to come in, then another customer asked me to open since they are picking up as well, because what I did one of the crew got mad at me and started yelling at me and making an atmosphere uneasy, i got his point no safety risks after midnight but telling me if next time I do that he will punch my face, it definitely makes me feel threatened for not reason, saying that doesn't solve anything. Feel sorry for the other customer since also was treated as a robber and made them feel just as e s t u p i d unnecessary.

Let me start with the store is clean and when u walk in the greeting was 5 stars by its self. The two employees were in the middle of a conversation as soon as I walked in , they stopped and greeted me.Kourtney was extremely helpful.Cause I was acting a little lost to see if she would walk me through the menu and she did. Very well spoken and gives you eye contact. Who's ever running this store,you need to go train some people at the other stores especially the one on.........nvm
