Redemption came from this WING STOP!I’ve had 2 bad past experiences with wing stop & wasn’t giving them my service anymore! This time my friend ordered food & told me to give them one more chance; So I waited until she received her food. She was pleased, so I ordered mine! VERY GLAD I DID!!! I ordered the HOT HONEY CHICKEN TENDERS & THE CAJUN LOUISIANA RUB CHICKEN TENDERS! They were SOOOOOOO GOOD! They were FRESH; HOT; CRISP but JUICY/TENDER! They definitely were SPICY but taste good with RANCH! The HOT HONEY is my new FAV; the CAJUN LOUISIANA RUB is good but waaaaay too SALTY & EXTRA HOT; SO BEWARE!!!!I didn’t order the fries because I don’t like their fries; and bad past experiences with them!Overall, I liked my food & glad they changed my mind about WING STOP!

Ordered online, got in paid. Fixed my drinks. Literally waited over 30 mins for my food. One of the cooks in the back asked for my name on the order. The same cashier that took my order then proceeded to go to the rack where they keep orders and grabbed mine. I said so u mean to tell me my order been sitting there whole time. While you are the one who took the order and my name and seen me sitting here the multiple times you that came back and forth to the counter. Come tf on.

Whoever was working tonight must hate their job and took it out on everyone. I ordered delivery and got literally NONE of what I ordered (two boneless wings meals with Korean, Hawaiian, mango habanero flavors with two things of extra seasoned fries).I did end up getting six flavorless unseasoned chicken tenders sitting in a pool of frying oil in one box, and one box of soggy fries short on seasoning. There were a few sauces, one upon opening smelled literally rancid and spoiled. I gave up trying to eat the tenders because they were simply unpalatable. I wouldn't even feed the raccoons in my backyard with those chicken tenders. Disgusting.I called and asked for a refund but honestly I'm not counting on ever getting my money back despite the employee saying they're running it now. Avoid this place like the plague.

I have DoorDash in this place maybe three times it would be more but you want to know why it’s not more because they never give me my flipping ranch ever. I have never once ordered DoorDash from here and received my ranch and it makes me so pissed. Last night when wings decided OK let’s get Wingstop and guess what did I get my ranch per usual

The Lady That Answered The Phone For My Call In Order Was RUDE To Death, And When She Made Out Like She Couldn't Hear Me, I Told her that I would just order my food when I get there to ePick up my boss's food. When I Arrived she acted like she was ready to fight, had a bandaid on the crack of her b, dirty As Hell, no condiments and charging 15 dollars for wings with no dipping sauce, girl bye, Take A Bath And Clean Up Your Store! I WILL NEVER GO BACK, FAMN CLOWNS AND TOOK 45 MINUTES

Soggy fries every single time. I've checked the box for well done fries, and still soggy, gritty and undercooked. I like wingstop and this place is closest to me, but I'll just go to another location. They can't seem to get fries right.

Food was downright fire. Except I ordered fries with seasoning and they didn’t put none on but they definitely made up with the rest. They say 16-21 min but it’s like 25-35. They had a good movie on so I’m not whining too much. Wing stop always slaps though.
