Just so you know, I work at a school and we have tried ordering pizza from Pizza Hut several times. Once was for a reward party for students where our order was straight up lost. We had to send someone to McDonalds as we had promised to feed the kids. Today we ordered for ourselves and the order was over 30 minutes late. That's unacceptable.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered pizza and its been over 2 hours this is crazy and most of the streets are clear. I live like a good ten minutes away from the store and now it's getting to be ridiculous and the first time I had gotten pizza when I got the pizza it was cold and not hot and now it's almost 10pm and still haven't received anything yet. I called the store and the manager said she not sure when I'll have my order and my order was supposed to be here at 9:15pm and I ordered at 7:13pm tonight.

people are rude disrespectful and it always takes two or more hours to get my food for my family this location on 3600 State Avenue is ridiculous they can't keep employees because obviously they have bad management I think we just need to shut the whole store down this is the second time I've had bad service from this location any other location is fine but when it comes to this specific location I've always had trouble getting my food and getting good customer service from them

dont hand out phone on customer like they do it to me bc they get mad when i ask normal question and if not they can find a different job bc it see like they dobt respect pizza hut at all and i mean by customer or selling or making a different

I literally just ordered from you and you didn't give me my drink again you just took it off, can you at least call people and tell them you don't have it. Wtf am I supposed to drink now? Y'all are obviously not giving a s*** about your jobs & my sauces weren't even half filled for my breadsticks. Looks like someone used the s*** & just threw it in the box afterwards.

I don't mind waiting an hour and a half, but I'd like to now if it is going to take that long. So when I called to inquire about my order, the woman was clearly very busy. She said my order wasn't placed, but according to my bank statement it was... Then she hung up on me. Twice... I had to call the 8888 line to get it rectified... If you live in a crappy area like me, just pick up from Shawnee or something, cause it just isn't worth the hassle.

This place is the worst!! Do not order from here. It took over 2 hours to deliver our order and this location is like 6 minutes away from our home. They got our Order all wrong and it was very cold! Please don't order from here. I am warning you. And they are very rude when you call to ask about your order. I would give it no stars

Called in and ordered a medium pizza with a 2 litre of soda. It had taken them well over 2 hours to deliver, and I am STILL waiting. What upsets me is they are located 1 mile away. Although... The pizza is usually flavorful and fresh, I had to call management and they were BEYOND nice and helpful.
