I always order online for takeout and food is usually not ready when it says it will be. I normally have to still wait 5-10 mins so. But service is always great and food is always correct and hot.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have been to in the entire United States! They were extremely unprofessional, cursing at each other, and had long wait times with incorrect orders. This needs new management ASAP! I wish I could give it 0 stars.

Unbelievable... I placed an online order at 1:46pm central time (due to not being able to reach the store by telephone). I placed it to be picked up at 2:30pm. As expected there was a large line probably due to an NFL game being played. When i got to the window an employee whose name i did not catch (younger white female with pink hair) informed me that my order was not ready AT 3:08pm..... I was upset, however I was even more upset with the fact that when I asked what to do, she told me she didn't know. So i asked should i stay at the pick up window or park and bring the pizza out to me. She informed me to park and said she might be able to bring it out to me in 8 minutes. The time is 3:20 as I'm writing this message. I've been to many pizza huts in my life (mostly early life) but this has been a horrible experience from start to.. well it's not finished yet but i can only imagine how much longer i have to wait. I will not be returning to this location. I will be informing my friends and family to do the same. I insist on a concession to myself for wasted time, poor customer service, and a horrible experience. UPDATE: 3:35 , received food. Manager refused to talk to any of us and sent the juvenile employees out.

They were short staffed, only 2 people working. The drive thru line took over 30 minutes. The 2 cars in front of me each waited about 10-15 minutes at the window. And then I was about 30 seconds.

I normally hate posting a negative review, but I cannot believe this conversation, it's almost comical. I ordered 2 pizzas at 825pm (closes at 9pm) on a Thursday evening. I immediately got a call to notify me they were out of hand tossed crust. They asked if thin crust was ok, I said absolutely! I love thin crust too! I then got a call 2 minutes later and I kid you not, this was the exact call "my manger spoke with you a few minutes ago to let you know that we were out of hand tossed crust, but she was wrong. We don't have no dough so we can't make no pizza. Sorry about that" then hung up. I can't believe this is even a real place of business honestly. That's all. Don't order from here

This is the most challenging location in town for customer service. The pizza is good but paired with poor service I would really try somewhere else! They got my order wrong and when I came back didn't apologize and weren't willing to do anything for my inconvenience. I wouldn't have expected anything had they said we're sorry but..

The store I ordered from is a 3 minute drive, it took 90 min for them to get here, which is after the estimated delivery time on the ticket 70 minutes, which is still crazy. By the time they got here the food was cold. It was supposed to be left at the door for contactless delivery, but the guy handed it to me. And they forgot the blue cheese. I know these are hard times, but this is just crazy.

Avoid this location at all cost. A gripe for corporate is the online app doesn't tell you delivery time until you place order. That's useful information as I ordered and the delivery time was 1hr50mins. Even with the torrential rain - I decided it was a short drive so I called, canceled, and reorder for pickup to get my order in 15 mins. I arrive and the lobby doors are locked. Only drive thru was available for pickup. Wait in line a line of cars for another 15 mins only to find they don't have my phone order. They ask I sit and wait 15 minutes and then get back in the drive thru line behind a line of cars. Terrible service and experience all around.

This store is a disaster. I live two blocks from this store and they decided I wasn't in their delivery zone - however they didn't bother to tell me this. No call, no email, no text, and even the "order tracker" still showed my order as "being made" THREE HOURS after I had ordered. I have missed calls like this before, so I thought perhaps I just missed the cancellation call, but no, there was no missed call and no voice mail. Luckily their corporate people made it up to me, but that was after talking to the store, district manager, and an additional supervisor who refused to even say sorry. I had to call an entirely different number to get anything resolved. It's now almost four hours after my order was placed, and their tracker STILL says my order is being made, so clearly they never bothered to cancel it. Do not order from here, you will regret it, and it will waste your time.

CLOSES EARLY THAN POSTED HOURS!! I ordered a pizza and I am VERY displeased by the service and lack of respect I got from this company. It takes them over 4 hours to get them to tell me that the store closed early and I'm never gonna get my food. I'll never order delivery ever again.
