Let me tell You all about this location. I ordered my food tonight at 9:37 p.m. with a estimated delivery time of 35 minutes its is now 11:29 p.m. and still my order has not arrived and after 3 calls to the 913 number and also tying to contact the store I’m at a point where they lucky my husband drove to work because I would be up there demanding. Where my food is. It’s sad that when you stay in a certain area you receive poor service from places you would love to do business with. They need to shut this location down or come with a new staff and management because clearly whoever is over it needs help. This is pathetic and I’m sick of it. It’s delivery for a reason and they can’t even do that right. Corporate needs to figure out what the hell is going on at this location. After tonight I will never do business with you guys again and I ordered from you guys if not every month twice a month. And it’s always something with this location.
I would've given this location more than 1-star, but it deserves one due to the delivery driver. It took my pizza to get to my house in 1 hour and 15 minutes, because an older woman delivery driver took that long. I drove to the store instead, and as inconvenient as that was for me, I got to the store within 3 minutes. I understand that delivery drivers have other homes to go deliver but it almost never should take that long for anyone, due to food getting cold. Once, she finally got to my house my fiancee answered the door and she had the audacity to ask him why I didn't pick up the food in the first place with my vehicle. It's not your responsibility to ask why people do certain things, all you're supposed to do is deliver their food. It's sometimes inconvenient for people. She was very rude. I originally had an extra $6 to tip the driver but I am glad exact change was given to her.
The worst service ever, avoid this location at all costs. Slow and rude.
