Got to the store got our food the toast was burnt food was cold and it all tasted very stale which is not a surprise considering our food was ready in under 5 minutes most likely has been sitting out all day

This location has been slipping in quality over time, but today was my last visit. $2.50 for a glass of ice water is insane. “Management says we are supposed to charge for water now” Fries were cold and the chicken strips are closer to nuggets in size.

With Canes, Chick-fil-A, Culver’s, Dairy Queen, etc all within a few miles there is no reason to stop here.

Portions are small not what's in the pictures. Borderline of over priced to begin with. Terrible service time 30 minutes for chicken and toast is terrible should be paying us to eat at that point. Employees seem to be un focused.

No one at the counter for 10 min waiting for an uber eat meal.

I was there about 11 am. I have not been to any of their places in months. The Cole slaw did not seem as tasty as I remember. More importantly, the fries were only warm, probably been sitting for awhile. The only time I left fries on my tray!

The menu had shrimp but they no longer sell shrimp. They were out of the "wimpy" sauce. Half the tables were dirty. The floor was sticky. The bathroom had 1 urinal and 1 toilet and the seat was broken on that toilet. The soda machine was dirty and disgusting. Food was average at best. The boneless wings looked over cooked. The French fries and cheese cake bites were good though.

I get food from here a couple times a month because I work right near it. They are always fast courteous and it looks real clean all the time.

I have been here a handful of times, and so far, I have not had any bad food. Usually, chicken will have one piece that has fatty grissel, but sa far, these have not. I recommend the fried pickles as a treat because they are the best!

Never had this place before. Decided to get the Wings & Things combo with BBQ boneless wings and Zax sauce to dip the tenders in. Everything was cooked well, the chicken was hot and juicy! I'm not a big fan of the Zax sauce though but that's all opinion.

The staff were all friendly and the service was pretty fast considering everything was made fresh for me! I can see myself coming here again the next time I'm in Liberty.
