Stopped while on a quick roadtrip from Texas to Iowa. First time for a Zaxbys. If the man who took our order isn't the manager, he should be. Super nice and helpful, extremely pleasant. Food was fresh and hot. Definitely recommend and especially this location! Great experience, thank you!

Horribly rude. At 10 pm advised at drive through they were only accepting on line orders. Not the first time reluctance to take orders after 930 pm. Need to hire better workers .

I am about chicken stripped out. Zaxby’s however has great. chicken fingers and the box deal is a good deal. This particular place was having employee issues that day. And the experience I had was not the greatest but they made it as painless as possible, so an a for effort

This place is terrible service.
Waited at drive though intercom for 10 minutes after they told me to hold a moment , no answer for 10 minutes ended up leaving its 11:30am on a Tuesday 10-16-2025.
Doors to inside are locked multiple cars outside saying what’s going on with this place. These people need a new manager and some competent workers. Have no clue what was going on in there but they were repeatedly turning down customers and not answering anyone.
Owner of this store needs new workers.

Came in today at 10:31. No one to help me order. Had to use the restroom, no big deal. Came back out slowly. She was so mean to me. There was no menu up so had no idea what to order. Tried to describe it and it came with buffalo sauce which should be illegal. Just tastes so bad. So had to eat a few fries. No coke in the machine. She was so mean and I couldn't understand one word I just was forced to order. Very bad food and very bad service today. Been here before and it's not been this bad. Can't recommend.

Went to the drive thru. No one answered the intercom. Pulled up to the window. No one there and no one in sight. Window was open so I yelled out are you open today. Did not get a answer. Started thinking oh man I hope everyone is OK, What has happened. Finally a girl came around the corner with cell phone in her hand. Took my order and I got it quickly. Got back to the office and both my orders was wrong.

Food is just OK not great. Will not eat here anymore!

We must have come during break time for the cashier and the cook. The cashier was clearly in the middle of a personal phone call and was very obviously annoyed at our presence. Our food came out quickly, but that’s because it had been sitting for way too long. The food was terribly salty and most of the tables were dirty even though there was only one other table occupied. I think I understand now why the parking lot was empty and we should have taken the hint.

The rude lady on her phone ear piece couldn’t be bothered hardly to take our order. The food was made sometime today but not recently but it was covered up nicely with a 5 lb bag of salt. Was hoping for something I wanted to drink but most of them were out of order. 1 star is generous. Hopefully she hung up and wiped some dirty tables down for the next disappointed customers
