They are always out of something, “my manager forgot to order that” and the service is slow! You should definitely use the sonic app if you have a multi drink order so they can get started before you get there or you will wait forever.
I ordered a supersonic breakfast burrito this morning not knowing it came with jalapenos because it's not listed on the board anywhere that it has jalapenos on it. I'm allergic to jalapenos so when my first bite is full of jalapenos I spit it out the window. I did hit the button and ask him if it's supposed to have jalapenos and it was. so I throw the burrito down by the support pole for the ordering menu and tell them that it's there and that they need to come get it.
