I love the avocado toast but the portions have changed recently, making it not worth it for the price. It's also frustrating to only be able to access the wifi for 30 minutes at a time when located in a college town.
Absolutely the best espresso! The best I've ever had. I ordered a flat white. The notes of molasses and rich velvety cocoa undertones were so prominent they utterly surprised me. Not to be missed. (The ordering set up is a bit wonky and feels confusing because there is no menu board. No worries, there are paper menus to look at. Get your espresso drinks before 4pm though - they stop serving them at night. 😞)
I don't see how this place will survive. High prices, no sit down menus-order from a piece of paper posted at the cash register, register automatically asks for a tip up front before you get your food, have a seat, pick your food up at the kitchen window, eat your food, sign asking you to bus your table when done.
But it was full of college kids and young mothers with babies. Apparently, the latest generation has a guilt complex for all food service(?) workers.
