Love this place. The atmosphere, service and the variety of great cuisine all make this my favorite place to dine, when I'm in Lawrence. I live in Johnson County, so my only complaint is that they don't have a location in Overland Park or Olathe! Mohammed always seems to make an effort to stop by the tables, to ensure all the guests are completely satisfied. The Raja dip is delicious, and you'll NEVER have a better glass of lemonade! There's even a bowl out...

Actually a quiet restaurant for downtown Lawrence! Our server was welcoming and helpful. The salads were fresh and delicious, and the falafel and spanakopita appetizers were enjoyed by all. The entrees were filling and tasty.

The food here is always 10/10. I usually get the Raja dip (blend of cheeses with pita bread) for an appetizer & the Petra platter (chicken, hummus, vegetables) for main dish. Both are full of flavor and delicious, I could easily eat both of these dishes everyday and be happy. Most dishes include an option of lentil soup or salad to start, both are fantastic.
