I've been to this location many of times and it was always just average fast food experience. But today I was surprised by the service. Myah at restaurant 06784 is one of the friendliest faces i've seen in customer service industry. With these kind of skills you deserve better than stand at fast food reception window.

We ordered 4 sandwiches and large curly fries. Our fries were crinkle cut. The drive thru worker took the fries back from our car and had us pull forward and wait. Then he brought us a 3/4 full order. We asked "is this really a large?" And held it up - he was like "is there 3 dots?" And we said yes - and he said "yep that's a large." And walked off. It was so rude.

IMO the only problem with Arby's is the price. But now that burgers (Wendy's, McDonald's, etc) are charging nearly $10 a meal Arby's is not a bad option if you're willing to pay that for fast food. My favorite is the Chicken Bacon Swiss... It always has just the right amount of honey mustard to compliment the rest of the sandwich!!

Placed an order online through the app however when I went to go pick it up there is a sign stating that all online orders need to go inside to pick up their order. What if you're physically disabled and cannot do so? That happens to be my case, I have limb difference. The manager met me at the window and kindly told me that in the future I can just announce to the employees at Arby's that I'm physically disabled so I can get regular assistance. This is humiliating and absolute discrimination against disabled bodied people.

Placed an online order to be told items ordered were not available when arrived. The staff had no idea what to do. Shift manager was accommodating but should have a better way to address such situations.
The staff obviously had other things on their minds other than working. The food portions were much smaller than I have had from any other ARBY'S. The dining room was a mess complete with a sticky floor. I will do everything I can to avoid this location.
Dont eat the sliders here they are microwaved! Makes me wonder what else is!

It doesn't matter what you order you are asked to pull forward and wait. Problem being that with an extremely small parking lot there isn't always somewhere to pull to. Food is cold when you get it but they already have your money so you either wait even longer for them to fix it or just take it and go. It's too expensive to keep playing this game. I will go somewhere that actually wants to stay in business.

The cashier was inexperienced and needed help with our order, I had to go back up to get part of our order that they forgot to give us and one of the employees was back there cursing while we ate in the dining room. Not the most pleasant experience but okay.
