Just wanted a beer real quick but the bartender talked me into a special they had on pitchers. Glad I stuck around. As a lonely out of Towner I almost felt like part of the gang hanging out for a short while.
Hands down best pool hall in Lawrence, great atmosphere and bartender, cheap drinks and cheap pool games, just make sure you get on the jukebox before the lames do or else you'll be listening to mid country music all night
i love this place, vibe is always great whether it’s a busy or slow night and the deals on drinks are unbeatable. i love how you can play pool for 1/2 the price of other places (6 games for $3 instead of 6/$6 which really adds up) and how there’s tons of tables so you’re always guaranteed a spot. the bartenders are quick to remove people who violate boundaries or make others uncomfortable (experienced this firsthand) and are all really nice people. i recommend astros if...
