First time in Lawrence, KS. After driving all day from Colorado and having to deal with ice, snow, and wind we were looking forward to a simply and tasty meal. Saw this place on-line and since it was close thought we’d go there. Walked into the door was greeted nicely and then everything went south. Wife asked for brisket, she got barely warm meat. I asked for ribs only to be told the ribs were out and it be a half hour or longer before any were ready. Then was told they were out of sausage and pork as well. Ordered bbq beans that tasted like chili more than bbq beans. Finally settled on a beef brisket sandwich…it was warm at best. French fries were hot at least. As we were leaving heard someone behind the counter yell they were out of Turkey. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Tender and delicious beef brisket sandwich. Spicy bbq sauce is tasty. Onion rings hot and fresh. Baked beans are so-so.

Best BBQ I have had in a long time! Wings were on point! I usually dont like wings but the dry rub they used and the crunch of the skin was on point! Coleslaw tastes just like my grandmother used to make! AMAZING!!!

Ribs more fat than meat. Not good at all. Fell off bones, which is good, but what was left was 80 fat. Service was quick and friendly but doesn't outweigh.
Great BBQ! PBR tall boys always cold and cheap. Friend pickles great people. Game is always on!! Drive thru is an option.

I didn't like that they sliced the brisket on a meat slicer it was so thin and dry for my liking I also didn't care for their sauce
