Hands down Biemer’s is the best BBQ joint in Lawrence. They are consistently good. The staff is always kind and prompt with their service.
The food was alright, but I literally broke a molar after biting into one of their fried pickles, they were super hard and burnt. Wouldn’t recommend

Wife located Biemer's on Google Maps and glad she did! Best ribs I've had in a long time. The slaw brought back memories when I was on grade school many years ago, so good. Will definitely eat here again when in Lawrence.
