I think we found a new favorite boba tea spot! Soo good and lots of options

Never left a review before. This place is a disaster. No one in this store upon entering, they came from a neighboring business while on the phone with who I’m assuming to be the owner. Shortly after ordering the doorbell rings from another business and someone starts watching the cameras and calls the employee to inform them there are people at the other business. This goes on while we wait 15 minutes for 2 drinks and “beef rolls” that were burning in a toaster oven. Drinks came out very bad, they were all watered down with little ice and no flavor. The “beef rolls” came out burnt, dry, and hard. I spent the whole time laughing about the person watching the cameras instead of being present. And was not surprised at the quality of the food.

My husband and I get the same order every time, fruit blend tea boba. When we order in store most of the time it is great just takes a while to be ready, but tell me why every time we order through Doordash it is different, even though we reorder the same ingredients every time. I can get behind the flavor being a bit different, but they put milk on it a few times and swapped our add ons for something different which completely ruins the whole drink. This has happened way too many time and at this point is a waste of our money.

My experience is similar to a few others’ here. I walked in and stood at the counter for a couple of minutes before one of the employees walked in through the front door. I ordered a Lavender Boba Tea and an Iced Strawberry Matcha latte for my wife. While ordering the second employee came in through the front door and they had a small argument in front of me about whether or not they had tapioca (they did, though they had to pull from the fridge and took it to the back…). They gave me a 5-10 minute ETA but it ended up taking closer to 20-25 minutes. All the while the two employees had small spats in between them. Mine was handed to me first and it didn’t look anything like I had in mind. It was also handed to me with a lid that I couldn’t poke a boba straw through. The matcha latte appeared to be ready but the employee working on it looked like she wasn’t sure how to make it and disappeared to the back for a few minutes. When both drinks were ready the lids were struggling to stay on and were dripping everywhere. The latte tasted like pure strawberry puree and my tea tasted extremely sweet that I couldn’t finish it. Overall I had such a poor experience here it’s left me with a lot of questions about all of the positive reviews here…

Boba and Beyond is a standout spot for dessert lovers! Their treats are creative, delicious, and expertly crafted. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to satisfy your sweet tooth. I've been multiple times and always leave impressed - highly recommend!
