Have to say I'm pretty frustrated. We ordered on doordash to get bone in wings, fries, fried pickles, and drinks...and there were issues with literally everything. Our fries and fried pickles were freezing cold and tasted old, our drinks didn't have straws and there was two inches of room in each cup, and we received cold boneless wings instead of the bone in wings we ordered.

The manager decided to have about two people working on a Friday game night. Impossible to get service and the team members aren't to blame. Manage your staff and schedules better on weekends, especially on game nights.

Unfortunately, I cannot give a zero star rating as I will never go back to this restaurant. I went in last night with my daughters, it took 30 minutes to get our food and my order didn't get turned in so it was going to be another 10 minutes before I would get my food, during that 30 minute wait we were never checked on once and three of us sat there with empty glasses. I waited another 15 minutes before getting up to find the server to tell her i didn't want my food since my girls were almost done eating and asked her to bring the ticket. Now on to the food, one of my girls got a chicken sandwich, I will equate what she got to prison food, it was a sad looking piece of chicken on a bun with a few french fries splashed on the plate. My other daughter ordered boneless wings which should be call boneless bites as these were the smallest pieces of excuse for boneless wings. This is probably one of my worst experiences at a restaurant in my life, they failed from start to finish.

This location is very poorly ran, I have tried to eat at this location 6 times, I have only been successful twice and had poor service both times. The other 4 times I walked out after waiting 10-15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me to be seated.

Hi this massage is not for the employees is for the owner I own a business and this sad see how nobody take care you business employees horrible bar tenders took 10 min to serve me a beer and one shot of tequila and me and my wife was the only people in the restaurant never going to comeback and not coz I don’t like the place is everything else sever food take for ever and not a nice attitude please take care you business and trading you employees

Came in to pick up an order and was informed by “Dalton” the order had been picked up by someone else. Kindly tried to show him the order on my phone to ask if the order could be replaced or check if it may still be in the kitchen. Before I could even finish my sentence, “Dalton” angrily interrupted “shoving your phone in my face won’t do anything for you.” To be clear this was absolutely not the case. I simply wanted to show him the order verification to see if it may still be in the kitchen or may have not come through, as it was an online order. I was very confused and asked why I was being treated like I was such an annoyance. To which he replied “you can leave now.” So now, I’m out the money for the order and have no food.

Came in hoping to redeem the location, do you think this nacho is worth 12.00 dollars? All it had on it was a scoop of nacho cheese and a handful of peppers on it along with a drizzle of sour cream.
you weirdos forgot my onion rings in the pick up order. that was the only thing keeping me going. i was so excited for my onion rings. also we got given a weird mystery sauce. odd. weird sauce but no onion rings.

This is third to go order, I need them cooked well done or the grease makes me sick. To cook x 3, well, well done crispy and lemon pepper. No lemon pepper on them snd scant amount bottom box. They were no crispy, ordered 20 ate 2 and sick… will never order here again!
