Are you in the mood for food soon? Probably should think about going somewhere else. Want food in an hour and a half to two hours... this here is your spot. As long as your good with look warm food that is.

The staff here is doing their best, the interactions with them are great. But they're always under staffed.

This location, has really fallen off, at no fault of their staff.

The food usually tastes good when the order is correct. 3 out of 4 times the pick up food is not correct, especially wing flavors. I also tried calling in twice to let someone know and was on hold until it hangs up on me.

Went to there to watch the super bowl and ask for queso and chips and salsa the queso is watered down nasty cheese the chips were stale I asked for mozzarella cheese sticks and they charge you $5 but you only get five little bitty cheese sticks and the draw beer is watered down too. Wish I had no wasted my 27.00. I won't make that mistake again. And the staff is really rude!!!

Listen, I'm not gonna go into too much detail, but I've given this place 3 tries and it's now officially in the grouping of only 3 restaurants in my life that are laughably bad service. I tell stories about lawrence KS BWW and how bad it is ran and how bad the service is. It really must come down to a manger who is just out of their depth and doesn't know how to run a restuarant, because this place is just not worth the headache. Dont go here, don't order takeout from here, don't even try to just have a beer at the bar here, I've tried it all and it just never works out well.

Ordered in the app which initially 10 minutes to pick up. Then it said an hour. I arrived and waited…and waited…and waited…nearly 2 hours after I had ordered in the app, and an hour after I arrived at the store, I asked for a refund and the manager said it would be tomorrow after she came into work at 4pm. WTH. It was a game night but not super busy in the restaurant area. The Togo area was standing room only. The staff seemed to be in slow motion and unconcerned with getting their obviously stacked up orders out. Never again.

Placed an online order to be picked up by 9. Showed up a few minutes early and proceeded to wait 40 minutes for my order to finally come out. After getting home, I found that two of the sides we're wrong, the wings were boneless not traditional and almost everything was luke warm and starting to get hard. I can understand being busy but after a 40 minute wait you think the food would at least be correct.

Ordered carry out. App said it would be ready at 6:10. At 6:38 I am writing this review while still waiting on my order. While noticing them understaffed I have watched one waitress standing at the bar visiting with a customer for 10min helping nobody. I would not suggest this location without a significant change in their management.

Update on review: order finally brought out at 6:45. Upon getting home we discovered that the two sides were missing. I should have checked beforehand but was not about to slow the process down for the other customers waiting. I tried to call the location and after being on hold three separate occasion their system hangs up. I only ask that a member of their regional management team calls to discuss the situation as their local management has proven their lack of competence.

The Lawrence, KS store has more problems than I can list here. Poor Customer Service, Cold Food, Rude Staff. Most of it boils down to a rude incompetent General Mgr. This place has gone so far down hill. Yet it seems like complaints fall on deaf ears when reported to cooperate. Until someone takes action and gets a competent person as a general Mgr, nothing will change. It is no wonder the place is always empty. It used to be the place to go to watch a game. Not anymore!! Since no one seems to want to fix it, they might as well shut the doors! I am done. It is just not worth the effort or frustration.

Great meal ruined by witnessing a cook coming into the restroom while I was washing the wing sauce off my hands, he went pee and left back to the kitchen without washing his hands. Skinny white dude with arm tattoos.

We went there on a Friday evening and were seated quickly in the bar area so the bartender was also our server. We quickly got our drinks but then there was some problem with the kegs that our server(also the bartender) was trying to fix. After about 20+ minutes, our server finally came to take our order. The place was not very buy at all. While we were ordering a manager or someone came over and wanted to discuss the keg issue right in the middle of us ordering our food(after waiting 20+minutes). Thankfully our server continued with our order instead. Once our order was placed, we waited at least 15 minutes for our order. My meal was fine, hamburger, but my wife's order was boneless wings. I had one of them and the mostly breading was way overcooked so were very hard to eat. She did not even finish them. I would hope that a place "wings" in the name, they would be really good at making wings. What should have taken us 30-40 minutes to eat was about 1hr and 20 minutes. Server was very nice, just pre-occupied with too many other things.

There is no host. Many groups of people waiting to be seated and not a single employee looked at us. Finally someone came by and seated us without speaking a word to us. We got sat but never got greeted, waited 30 mins after we decided to leave.

This place has definitely gone down hill. You see staff just sitting around and took a long time to get seated in an almost empty place the last time I ate here. Now, I ordered online and got to the pick up area at the estimated time for when my order was suppose to be ready, and once again, an empty place, 3-4 staff sitting around and goofing off with only 1 table and still didn't get any service after waiting for 10 minutes while staff glancing over through out the whole time. Not giving a 1 star just because at least the manager cancelled my order when I called after having to leave as I'm gonna be running behind if I wait any longer. This place used to be the spot but I dunno anymore, I do like their flavors when I could actually get service from here.
