This location doesn’t need to be open 24 hours especially for late nights have the most unhappiest employees. Act like it’s an inconvenience to them for getting business at a certain time im literally shocked this Burger King is still open.

Was met with rude and disrespectful responses once pulling up to the drive-thru window. The gentleman who cashed out our order later on found out to be the manager was silly unprofessional and not even wearing his working reform. Then when we pulled up to the drive-thru window to receive our food we received the incorrect order and then was asked to pull forward and there we waited for 25 minutes plus while other cars that arrived after us was served and departed. After many of times of them returning to our car about incorrect order the time it was seeming like our visit to your restaurant was a joke to them. I used to work in the food industry I'm not really upset about it but I think you as a business should know that your employees are not doing their job and they're offering bad quality service

Four stars for the staff. Every time I go to a burger in Lawrence it seems it is being run by like 2 people. I can't imagine how hard that is. I'm sure whoever "owns" it sees it as little more than passive income.

I’m convinced this is a money laundering business bc in all the years it’s had been there- they can’t serve food. Nocustomers ever there but it will take 40 minutes to get a French fry. The workers look like they are meth heads. Creepy off vibes- something not right. We quit trying to go there anymore.

burger king food is already mid fast food BUT shame on BK for running the restaurant with TWO people at night. one BOH and one FOH is not enough people and you can tell these people are burnt out. compensate them appropriately or staff more people. the poor reviews bc of slow service are accurate but it’s not their fault when there’s only two peoples running the whole restaurant.
