This is a great restaurant to eat at seems very clean from what I can see on the outside of the counter I tried to see on the inside of the counter it appears that they do clean and take care of things I'm not 100% sure on that I did witness a fast food restaurant of another name where they did a lot of violations so I'm always checking.
Overall it was very good food and fresh if it's not they will change it and give it to you if you're not happy. Couple small booths in some tables and chairs and a counter bar top

Clean your dang bathroom it smell like poopy up in there

Me and my friend had to go to the bathroom so we went in there and we could smell the bathroom from the entrance and it smelled bad but we had to go really bad so we went in and one stall was out of order and it smelled like even worse like someone clogged the toilet bad so we went to the bathroom and we both almost died of the smell not the best.

This BK sucks. The service stinks to high heaven. One of the workers there is always rude to customers. She needs to be fired. The lobby is never clean and stocked. The trash cans are overfilled. They never have ice in their lobby. The food is semi ok but not the best. I would have dined in but the lobby stunk of old meat really bad.

Made my order sat and waited for 20 mins and had to literally go remind them of my order they had forgotten me and it wasn't even that busy
At this point, I just have to laugh. Anytime my husband and I are in this area and we want some burgers we always say, “Maybe we should go to Burger King… maybe they’ll get it right this time HAHAHA” because it is quite literally every single time we go here there’s an issue. They’re either incredibly slow or our order is messed up. This time I decided to go inside instead of the drive-through thinking maybe it’d be a little quicker that way. I put in a mobile order 20 minutes before I even got there. When I got there, two employees were standing there on their phones, which wouldn’t be a big deal, I get wanting to check your phone if you literally have nothing to do, but my order wasn’t even prepared yet. The man who finally came over to acknowledge me at the counter, had no idea what I was talking about and completely pulled some random order out of his ass to give to me. When I told him that’s not at all what I ordered finally another employee came out ( which I’m assuming was a manager.) And after about 10 more minutes, we finally got our order. This is and always will be the absolute worst fast food location I have ever been to in my entire life. We were actually going to try the other Burger King location that was just a few minutes away, but we saw those reviews were pretty terrible too. I don’t know, I feel like if I was this franchise owner I would be there every minute that place is open to make sure things are running smoothly. If all of the reviews complain about the same things, maybe there really is an issue??

- Came in multiple times and watch customers leave by the droves because of wait time
- Employees rude and stressed towards each other creating negative atmosphere
