Came by at 8:15 for some food during this cold storm. I pulled up to the front door to see if anyone was working and if they were open. Seeing that they were, I made a U-turn and parked to place my mobile order. When prompted to pick up my order, we went through the drive-through to the second window, where I was met with an unnaturally rude gentleman named Ryan who told me not to do donuts in the parking lot. I have a six-speed manual RWD car, and with the ice and snow, it tends to slide when the clutch is released while the traction control engages. I tried to explain that, but I only received eye rolls and a sly remark under his breath. After another wait in the parking lot, I got my food at 8:39. It was all correct, but there was absolutely no reason to be rude. I am visiting from out of state and just wanted some quick food on a cold night. Thankfully, I leave in two days, so I will not need to return, and I will be cautious to avoid the Bauer Farm location in the future.

Have to say a little disappointed. Im not sure what was going on but I tried to tell the person through the drive through what I wanted on my burger and something just wasn't connecting she wasn't quite understanding and then was laughing at me..? Then gave me my drink with the lid not on so when I grabbed it the drink spilled all over me..she asked if I was okay but again laughed. They didn't have any fries so I waited for like 10 minutes in a parking space and...no surprise because of the difficulty earlier...but my order wasn't correct. Probably won't be coming to this location again unfortunately. :/

I was just in there & witnessed an older gray hair female employee SCREAMING at the other employee because she asked her where the key to the soda machine was. Terrible behavior! Hopefully the other customer who was in there complains as well!

Under new management and awesome friendly staff. Restaurant was clean. Food was hot and delicious. Brought our food to us and came out and talked to us. Then took our tray and trash for us.

This is your typical fast food joint. Just needed a burger after my Doctor's appointment. Good service though.
The person that took our order had zero personality other than being rude. Would not recommend. Plus the screen where you ordered is broken. Just find a different burger king.
