I waited 34minutes for 1 whopper meal. There were no other customers when i made an order. They shifted at 5 p.m. and removed my order from the list. When I asked, they said that they don't know because they didn't take the order. Eventually my whopper burger was found cold in the corner and they made it again.

Great Burger King! Really appreciate the crew at my location. Place is always clean and I have never had to wait on an order less then 10 mins. I do order inside to go always. Tonight the fam wanted to try the Halloween Menu. To the guy that made my Franken Candy ice cream. He made it then put it in the back cooler while I awaited for my order. Great Crew working. It's why I always return and wanted to give them a shout out.

It’s a shame everything I come here they have you pull around to make their drive thru timer appear better than it is. It’s not uncommon to wait 10 minutes for two burgers I think it’s because they forget about you

This BK is absolutely ridiculous. I am a dasher and I went in today to pick up an order to deliver. 11 am there's only 2 people working for lunch rush. 1 on drive thru and one on the make table. The order had been on the screen for 9 minutes when I arrived and had not even been started yet. Took almost another 6 minutes to get the order after I arrived. The drive thru guy looked lost trying to bag it. He then tried to put a slushy in the bag, with no sticker over the top, and when I asked him to please put a sticker on the top, the lady on the table got an attitude. Now mind you. For years I worked in Fast-food management and I watch everything. I know the food is fresh. But if you had the proper amount of people working, the store would run so much smoother.

Ordered online then went to the store to pick it up. I get home with my food come to find out that my burgers are not correct that I ordered not only that tomato was spoiled on the sandwich. It was quite disgusting. My partner threw up. This is the second time here let me or order from Burger King in the order was done incorrect so unless something is corrected by this organization, I will not be ordering Burger King again.

Came by at 8:15 for some food during this cold storm. I pulled up to the front door to see if anyone was working and if they were open. Seeing that they were, I made a U-turn and parked to place my mobile order. When prompted to pick up my order, we went through the drive-through to the second window, where I was met with an unnaturally rude gentleman named Ryan who told me not to do donuts in the parking lot. I have a six-speed manual RWD car, and with the ice and snow, it tends to slide when the clutch is released while the traction control engages. I tried to explain that, but I only received eye rolls and a sly remark under his breath. After another wait in the parking lot, I got my food at 8:39. It was all correct, but there was absolutely no reason to be rude. I am visiting from out of state and just wanted some quick food on a cold night. Thankfully, I leave in two days, so I will not need to return, and I will be cautious to avoid the Bauer Farm location in the future.
