Love the food but how can you never have coffee ready during breakfast? I ordered online and I still have to wait for it when I get there. This last time I was completely forgotten about in the “vip” drive through parking and had to go inside to get my coffee. Be better.

Unsurprising, the food is always good. What was surprising was the lack of service received! I went through the drive-thru, and no one ever came over the speaker to take my order, so I pulled around to the window to find 3 team members standing there just talking. One opened the window and asked, “What is the name on the order?” I explained I wanted to order, but no one ever responded to the drive-thru. There was zero concern from the young lady that my order was never taken, and she acted put off that I was disturbing them. Never asked for my card just stuck her hand out, expected it, swiped it, and handed it back. “Here’s your drink.” i said thank you. No response. “Here’s your food. I once again said thank you and as her back was being turned to me i received a very flat “have a good night” Chick-Fil-A’s reputation is built on their stellar customer service which goes above and beyond politeness. I can say I received zero customer service tonight. Greatly disappointed and Not a great impression left for this location.
I would fight Godzilla if Chic-fil-a asked me too. As long as at the end there was a spicy chicken sandwich with American cheese, a large fry, and cookies and cream milkshake at the end.
If you can believe it, it was my first time eating here... Not sure what all the hype is about but it was aight! Nothing too special, but it was good fast food!

And on the subject of service... It's always fun giving a fake name at Fast Food places, so when the guy behind the counter asked, s/o said "Jake" and he said "from State Farm?"
So we got to impersonate Jake from State Farm for a bit. He even hollered it out just like that, title and all.
Would I go back? Of course. As Jake? Nah. There are way too many more novelty names out there...
The food is good but the new scan at express drive through sucks. My phone wouldn't scan it, so im stuck there with no one answering the intercomm, how about bringing back a tiny bit of personal touch instead.
