Went around 9, they close at 11, slightly closer to closing but the standards immensely dropped. I had to walk around to get the attention of the servers. The virtual menus were not working so most of my time was spent walking around looking for servers. Ordered food. We got ribs that were really dry with a bit of barbecue sauce. Very underwhelming. Took us almost 30 minutes to get drinks. Just overall frustrating dining experience. If you are to go here, go at peak hours so as to get value for your money as the sun goes down apparently so does the quality in food and service.

I went here after work and ordered a triple Dipper. The service was great from the server. The food came out wrong the first time as well as one of the items was cold. My server took excellent care of me and got it replaced quickly.

This location is a joke. My wife and I went in tonight 12/5/2025 and after being seated were completely ignored by staff for 25+ min. We couldn't even get the courtesy of telling us someone would be with us shortly. So we proceeded to leave and find food elsewhere with an establishment that actually wanted our patronage.

Very poor service. We were seated in the bar area and sat for 30 minutes without a server ever coming by. We watched 4 other tables be sat and helped, yet nothing to our table. We will not be returning and would only recommend others do if they dont want to be helped.
I was in here the other night and heard a man storm out in a puff about being Mr. T Wilx and then leave. It was rather strange but the server was amazing!

There are a lot of restaurants that do not offer any freebies for veterans on veterans day. No problem, but I heard Chili's had free food for veterans and was seated. They provided me with a 4 item menu, I think the children's menu has more items and could be more expensive meals for a child. I am insulted that you value your freedom just enough to insult veterans with your grilled cheese menu! You could offer many things to draw in the veterans and their entire family but we elected to take the insult and find a better place to eat. Don't dish out a child's menu to insult a vet. You should be ashamed or yourself and the corporation you work. Seriously, I do not expect a discount for veterans day as every other veteran would tell you, but we sure do appreciate when places like home depot provide a 10 % discount year round. One time a year and you can't cover a $15 off a dinner of our choosing? If you are going to try and use Veterans for more business with their family it should not be a budget 4 item menu! Extremely insulted!

The service here was amazing, my server was Maggie. She was kind and checked up on us, got us everything we needed during our visit. The food was so fresh and delicious!! My mom has been going to this place for over 25 years and she loves it and I love it will come again :)
