Was about to write an extremely negative review as an employee was very disrespectful toward me, but as I went in to address it and hopefully get some sort of resolution, a very polite manager was more than accommodating. I believe his name was Clay, or Clayton, didn't quite catch it. I appreciate his commodity and respectful approach, and if he keeps that behavior up, I see a raise coming his way!
Food is always so spicy which I'm not a fan of at this location. Probably won't come back again to this particular locale.

Brown Rice had white rice mixed in Guacamole was old & mixed with large chunks of avocado Very little steak was added. I will probably go to a different Chipotle next time

I ordered online through Grubhub, and I know you get skimpy servings when you order online, but it was that along with not giving me the queso that I asked for. I have had good food here in the past, but it shows that you have to go inside the store to get what you want. Don't order online.

They pour out scoops of food. I paid 10 dollars for 8 bites of food and they give you a pissy look when you ask for more. I feel like a beggar on the streets even though I'm paying their wages.

I gave this 2 stars because THEY ARE STINGY. i ordered steak and only got SIX PEICES. what the flip man. no cap in my rap.
The food was fantastic as usual, but the staff seriously needs to improve their customer service. When I walked in, a girl greeted me with a warm smile, which was nice. However, when I asked for corn, the man serving (who seemed to be Mexican) condescendingly said “please and thank you.” I corrected myself and said “please,” but as I continued to ask for other items, he repeated it again, like he was trying to make a point. I wasn’t being rude — I had said something like “can I have…” What really upset me was when the next customer, a white man who didn’t say please and thank you either and the staff didn’t say a word to him. It’s not about the other customer, but as a Korean woman, I felt singled out and treated unfairly. The food was great, but the service was disrespectful and it completely ruined my experience.

Food was great! Last time I had chipotle at another location, I knew it was missing something, it wasn’t that good so I ended up not finishing it. Each ingredient here was very flavorful and the perfect texture plus they gave decent portions! I stayed longer just so I could finish my meal overtime to avoid feeling uncomfortably full. The atmosphere was clean and one of the most eye pleasing chipotle’s I’ve seen.
