The food was not the best I’ve had the service was not the best, I did not receive my free guacamole. (I was opening in the app) I was suppose to get a free guacamole and I also payed for 1 large guacamole and I did not receive either! I ordered food for 4 people and it was not amazing. We will be returning and ordering In person next time ! This is the first time I’ve been to chipotle and unhappy the quality was just ok! Usually Chipotle is one of my favorites, but this time it was not very good

I DoorDash so I get to see all the kitchens in Lawrence. Chipotle has the best workers. The head manager orchestrates deep cleans often. They handle rushes very professionalally and quickly.
Chipotle 23rd Street is example of excellent management and excellent workers.

It’s been a while since I’ve eaten at Chipotle, but this was $9 🔥🔥🔥 went in for lunch on a Monday and it was speedy service, very friendly staff, and damn they loaded this to the brim so much that the girls struggled to even get the lid on! Haha 😆

Short lady with tattoos and black face mask wouldn’t give me full scoops of both beans when I asked , half scoops of chicken , but could overfill my burrito with rice and she couldn’t verbally communicate back to me. Usually it’s great but my burrito was trash. I pay to get my burrrito made how I want not how they want.

this was geniunly my best resturant experience ever, i usually only post reviews if a place was bad; but this place was so good that it would be rude of me to not post a review. when we came in we were kindly greeted with some small talk. they took our order no problem. we sat down in a very nice peaceful place other customers were also nice with complements, our food was made in fast orderly fasion, and there was no problems i can even try to think of. we eat some of our food and decide these people were so cool we would want a selfie with them, everyone happily agreed in a kind way and took a cute selfie. we went back after some nice small talk and halfway through eating an employee let us try chipotle tabasco. friend said it was amazing and was so happy to get that opertunity so gracefully shown by the employees of this establishment. they let us finish our food during closing and was really sweet about the situation. we left once we finished after cleaning our mess. if i had the chance itd be ten stars out of five. all of the employees deserve at least a dollar raise. and all of my friends agree.
Extremely kind and accommodating! Had a problem when Ubereats driver delivered the wrong order. Called up to the store to tell them what happened and they offered to remake my order without hesitation. I was super grateful! Took an uber up to the store to pick it up and they even gave me a free bottle of coke for the trouble (which was not even their mistake)! Food is always delicious and made correctly. Definitely happy with this Chipotle location and would recommend anyone to visit or order here.

Chipotle usually nails the fresh-and-fast mission, but this location feels a little out of sync. Portions are inconsistent, the line moves slower than it should, and customer engagement feels low-energy. The food’s still solid, but the execution isn’t matching the brand promise. With tighter line management and sharper attention to detail, this spot could easily pivot from “meh, okay” to a high-velocity burrito powerhouse.

Ordered plain white rice (because of an allergy not a preference) and the two girls behind the counter were talking to each other while someone else retrieved it saying “it was so annoying that they offered plain white rice during peak hours” because it would hold up the line. They definitely knew I could hear them but were speaking like I wasn’t standing right there. I come here all the time and it’s never been a problem until now.
