this was geniunly my best resturant experience ever, i usually only post reviews if a place was bad; but this place was so good that it would be rude of me to not post a review. when we came in we were kindly greeted with some small talk. they took our order no problem. we sat down in a very nice peaceful place other customers were also nice with complements, our food was made in fast orderly fasion, and there was no problems i can even try to think of. we eat some of our food and decide these people were so cool we would want a selfie with them, everyone happily agreed in a kind way and took a cute selfie. we went back after some nice small talk and halfway through eating an employee let us try chipotle tabasco. friend said it was amazing and was so happy to get that opertunity so gracefully shown by the employees of this establishment. they let us finish our food during closing and was really sweet about the situation. we left once we finished after cleaning our mess. if i had the chance itd be ten stars out of five. all of the employees deserve at least a dollar raise. and all of my friends agree.

Extremely kind and accommodating! Had a problem when Ubereats driver delivered the wrong order. Called up to the store to tell them what happened and they offered to remake my order without hesitation. I was super grateful! Took an uber up to the store to pick it up and they even gave me a free bottle of coke for the trouble (which was not even their mistake)! Food is always delicious and made correctly. Definitely happy with this Chipotle location and would recommend anyone to visit or order here.

Chipotle usually nails the fresh-and-fast mission, but this location feels a little out of sync. Portions are inconsistent, the line moves slower than it should, and customer engagement feels low-energy. The food’s still solid, but the execution isn’t matching the brand promise. With tighter line management and sharper attention to detail, this spot could easily pivot from “meh, okay” to a high-velocity burrito powerhouse.

Ordered plain white rice (because of an allergy not a preference) and the two girls behind the counter were talking to each other while someone else retrieved it saying “it was so annoying that they offered plain white rice during peak hours” because it would hold up the line. They definitely knew I could hear them but were speaking like I wasn’t standing right there. I come here all the time and it’s never been a problem until now.

I could see the pico in the tub in front of me and when I asked for it the lady said that it was only for online orders. I asked why online orders would get it over people ordering it right now, and she just shrugged and covered up the pico. She didn’t speak again & was very rude in general.

Just left there and I truly appreciate the team there. My spouse has Celiac and when I told them they immediately started wiping down, switching utensils and washing their hands to change gloves. It was even the dinner rush and they still did it. We both really appreciate you guys for doing all that.
Great location. Everyone is friendly and willing to serve a proper helping. Will get you in and out.

Vegetarians BEWARE!!! I’m a vegetarian and I ordered a veggie bowl for pickup, got home and there was chicken all throughout. I tried to pick it out, but there were some really tiny pieces mixed in, so I couldn’t eat it. I contacted customer service and even attached a picture to prove the error. That was over a week ago, and zero response. To say I’m annoyed is an understatement. Chipotle is now crossed off my list of vegetarian-friendly options. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

The worst Chipotle location in town by far. The parking lot is dangerous and horrible, the staff are rude and act annoyed that you are there and it's usually very dirty. Finding a clean table is difficult and the food line is usually very dirty. I have also been overcharged for food there on several occasions. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Massachusetts St. or on 6th St. Avoid this one at all costs!
