Extremely kind and accommodating! Had a problem when Ubereats driver delivered the wrong order. Called up to the store to tell them what happened and they offered to remake my order without hesitation. I was super grateful! Took an uber up to the store to pick it up and they even gave me a free bottle of coke for the trouble (which was not even their mistake)! Food is always delicious and made correctly. Chipotle usually nails the fresh-and-fast mission, but this location feels a little out of sync. Portions are inconsistent, the line moves slower than it should, and customer engagement feels low-energy. The food’s still solid, but the execution isn’t matching the brand promise. With tighter line management and sharper attention to detail, this spot could easily pivot from “meh, okay” to a high-velocity burrito powerhouse.
