It is disappointing to order online and customize your order with the allotments and bring it home only to find puny portions. When I pay extra for guacamole, I expect the same amount in my bowl as the “side” of guacamole because they are the same price. I asked for extra tomato salsa, extra lettuce, and extra veggies. The bowl was barely half full. I paid 15$ for my bowl (steak+guac). I understand inflation but at least keep the portions the same. Or make sure employees are...

Food is serious the best out of any chipotle. We drive an hour to go to this one instead of the one in Manhattan. Aside from it being ridiculously expensive(especially if you get extra meat), we love their steak burritos.

I think with all the online/app orders and the in-store lunch rush hour this place does a good job of stay on top of everything. Yes, occasionally an item will get made incorrectly, but I have never had an issue getting it remade. These things happen. I also need to remember to check everything before I go home.
