The almonds with dark chocolate cookies are great 8/10. The ambience and its location in the downtown is very attractive. Can go with children and family ! 😇

I took my girlfriend here for some ice cream as we walked around downtown. Service was prompt and friendly! The building is a little bit cramped, but what can you do when the buildings downtown are just like that. My girlfriend enjoyed her ice cream a lot, so that a win from me!

Great ice cream. A little overpriced. They could increase the amount at that price point. But great flavours and good quality.

Order a carryout doughlightful peanut better and spent an extra $2 on adding hot fudge and peanuts. Neither of my additions were added. I called them and they told me they didn't have pecans. They told me sorry for wasting my money on a product I didn't receive but did nothing to correct it...$10 ice cream not even made correct and I got I'm sorry.

My husband and I experienced the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory part of the location and were not disappointed. We sampled the chocolate covered strawberries, a chocolate covered pretzel, and a sea salt chocolate caramel. They all hit the spot!

We went here to get a treat and received Ed the worst service. The girl working didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in and in fact walked away to the back of the store as we approached the counter to order. A few minutes later she returned to take our orders. Then with much scowling and eye rolling she prepared the orders as we stood there uncomfortably listening to the explicit rap music that was playing. Finally when we received the order the ice cream was running down the side of the cups. Needless to say I won't be back.

Excellent icecream with creative flavors and different things they mix into the icecream. It is a little pricey, but if you want high quality icecream and some great flavors it's great.They have a small area where you can sit and enjoy. They also have different chocolate candy like bear claws.

My sister is allergic to dairy, which means she cannot eat ice cream products. Can you imagine a life without ice cream? As we were browsing, we saw a great big advertisement on the front of the building that said they served almond milk chocolate milkshakes. My little sister is bouncing with joy. She hasn't had a milkshake in years. We enter to order, and the staff refuses to serve her, stating that they don't sell almond milk products. Please don't advertise what you don't sell. It ruined my sister's day and may be ruining many more.

Ice cream was ok but service could use some fixing up (when we werent ready the second we walked in the door you could almost hear the deep sigh and eye roll from the lady behind the counter)
