Customer service was great ? burger was really good just the bun was really greasy. Had the bacon deluxe and they did not skimp on the bacon! Loved that. Fries could have cooked a touch longer. Like my fries crunchy. Overall a good quick meal.
I have managed in the front and back of the house in restaurants. Your crew had a dining room full, a line around the corner in the drive thru, and we're handling their business. We'll oiled machine. The expediters were in complete control, kitchen was rocking, servers were friendly and helpful, etc. My first time eating at a Culver's. It was exceptional. That crew is AMAZING. You should be proud.Also, the fish and chips was delicious. All around great experience.
