Unbelievably slow. Had to go up to the counter and remind them of part of our order. Then the dude after us got served before we did
We had a very nice experience here. We stopped for a meal after driving for several hours. Kari treated us so well. She helped us with our menu selection, promptly made our treats, and even brought our meals outside to our table. She was so sweet and kind. Yes, the food was all delicious, but it was Kari who really made the experience great!

Subpar blizzard again from this DQ. This is third time that I've gotten runny blizzard, that's why they don't turn it upside down. I will just keep going to the Iowa location.

Cannot dip a cone to save their lives, they are smaller than what you pay for, extremely deformed looking and have the thinnest layer of chocolate. This has been my experience the last 5+ times. The last time the chocolate dip layer was so transparent I could see the ice cream through it. Tried a blizzard tonight - there were barely any toppings mixed in and it was already very melted when they handed it to me. Are the workers no longer being trained, are they trying to skimp and save money or do they just not care? Total waste of money.

My grandparents bought an ice cream cake for my 4 year old son's birthday. He is really a dinosaur fanatic so we asked to have them on his cake. What a phenomenal job they did!! We were all super thrilled with the way it turned out.
