The management at this Dairy Queen is absolutely disgusting. Not toward customers, but toward their own former employees. While I was there, I could clearly hear the managers trash-talking people who used to work there, including kids. Very clearly a grown adult women sitting around gossiping and insulting teenagers behind their backs. it’s pathetic and disturbing. It says everything you need to know about the type of people running this place. No professionalism, no maturity, and no respect for anyone.

Got directed to the parking lot from the drive thru window, Waited over 20 minutes in the parking lot for our food while our toddler screamed bloody murder, when it finally came it was the wrong meal. walked back inside and after another 15 minutes I got the right order and it was luke warm. I'd understand if it was busy but there were more employees than customers.

I was served a banana split with rotten bananas... it had very little ice cream, one thin piece of strawberry and one small chunk of pineapple...there was no chocolate on the last very small portion of ice cream. This is the second time I've had problems with this store. The first, I got the green apple quick steps from eating their ice cream. Do not recommend this place at all.

Miserable, rude, immature employees. Watched a man politely ask for his ice cream to be made to-go and the girl working stared, rolled her eyes, threw the spoon in the trash, then didn’t even give him a spoon and yelled “spoons are over there.” i was disgusted. Not only that, it was the poor guys birthday.

The employees should be more cautious to put the lids on to the ice cream cakes correctly.. waiting for a disaster! Also, one of their cake decorators needs to find a new calling. The handwriting on some of the cakes was horrible

Everytime I order a burger from this location I clearly tell them no mayonnaise & every burger I get is always covered in mayo... The service at this location is terrible just like the quality of their meat. This location never fails to disappoint me or anyone else for that matter, just read the reviews.
Me and my husband came here for a cookie dough blizzard and ice cream cone. The cone just fell into our hands and the blizzard was too line I couldn’t use a spoon. I’m very very disappointed. If this is what Dairy Queen is now I’m NOT interested in coming back.

I have to say for years now I have not eaten anything but ice cream from Dairy Queen because I just wasn't happy with their food. Today I took my grandson, and I was hungry so I bit the bullet and ordered a double cheese burger meal. That was one of the best double cheeseburgers I have had in a very long time. Even the tomato was crunchy! The beef patties looked and tasted like a homemade patty, and that is saying something. Meat any more seems so fake. Or some by product of soy/plant. You know what I mean lol. I will definitely order the cheeseburger meal again in the future now.

Took forever to take our order, we get to the window and they’ve left off an entire meal. We added it in and then they charged us for the wrong meal, refund, re-ring up the originally ordered meal and they ask us to pull around. Immediately brought out our food but they didn’t bring our icecream that we had paid for and then realized they had missed ringing in yet another item. Had to go inside in swimsuits to resolve it. Not the best experience.
