Drinks are sometimes iffy but I've learned to taste before I leave the drive thru. However, it would be great if Dunkin baristas were kind enough to remind you or ask about using your app. Dutch Bros and Starbucks is great at this and I will be giving them my business. Just that simple thing would go along way. We all spend way too much on coffee and like to be rewarded with a freebie every now and then.
This is the 2nd time I have ordered iced tea from this lilocation. First sip, it tasted like dirt. I thought maybe I judged it too soon..2nd sip dirt. How can you screw up iced tea? They must not clean out the container everyday. GROSS! Also left out an item from our order. We are NOT HAPPY!!
Usually order through the app and they do okay. Last time I went they somehow managed to make my drink wrong not once but twice! How could that happen when the sticker they put on the cup says exactly how I ordered it??? Guess I'll be going across town to the 23rd St store. Their parking lot isn't one giant pothole anyway.
