They treat you like you should be honored they take your order after ignoring you for five minutes. The few times I've gone they don't have a lot of the items on their menu, they're rude to you about it like it's your fault.

I have placed a DoorDash pick up order at 10:26 am. When I came to the drive through, the staff there told me that she gave my order to someone else and told me to contact DoorDash for the support. That’s so unprofessional.
The locations in Lawrence are owned by the same person or family. They said I Could not get no ice in my drink. My teeth are temperature sensitive, and they said that they could only give me a half cup with no ice. Everywhere else will make my coffee with no ice. Definitely.Don't recommend going to this location in lawrence or the other location in lawrence.

Usually they are decent. Today I did a mobile order 30 minutes ahead of time for drive thru pickup. Got there and they couldn't find my order...but my credit card was charged though and the order was showing up on my Dunkin app. After several workers looked at my app and the associated order on it they told me they couldn't do anything because they couldn't find it in their system... Glad I wasted time in their drive thru just to get to the window and drive away empty handed and $10 gone. Do better Dunkin Donuts.

This specific location is generally very busy in the morning, but the staff here work quickly to get everyones orders out as quickly as possible. It's better than the other quick coffee places in town, plus the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant is always my go too. Yum!
