I have placed a DoorDash pick up order at 10:26 am. When I came to the drive through, the staff there told me that she gave my order to someone else and told me to contact DoorDash for the support. That’s so unprofessional.

The locations in Lawrence are owned by the same person or family. They said I Could not get no ice in my drink. My teeth are temperature sensitive, and they said that they could only give me a half cup with no ice. Everywhere else will make my coffee with no ice. Definitely.Don't recommend going to this location in lawrence or the other location in lawrence.

Usually they are decent. Today I did a mobile order 30 minutes ahead of time for drive thru pickup. Got there and they couldn't find my order...but my credit card was charged though and the order was showing up on my Dunkin app. After several workers looked at my app and the associated order on it they told me they couldn't do anything because they couldn't find it in their system... Glad I wasted time in their drive thru just to get to the window and drive away empty handed and $10 gone. Do better Dunkin Donuts.

This specific location is generally very busy in the morning, but the staff here work quickly to get everyones orders out as quickly as possible. It's better than the other quick coffee places in town, plus the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant is always my go too. Yum!
This location used to have the BEST unsweetened iced tea in Lawrence but the last 3 times I’ve ordered it the tea has been soured. Obviously the owner’s either not throwing away left over tea or the employees are not properly cleaning the dispenser but it’s gross.

Honestly, it has the potential to be 5 stars... But the coffee is always so inconsistent here. I always get a caramel macchiato; sometimes it's nice and dark/not too sweet. Other times it looks like caramel milk. I usually don't say anything but one time they actually forgot the coffee altogether, imagine a 32 oz cup of milk? I of course said something, they laughed it off and corrected it. I understand mistakes but coffee just ain't the same... Without coffee lolI imagine there is a standard process to make each drink so I don't understand how it varies so much.Donuts and bagels are always pretty good though.
