Honestly, it has the potential to be 5 stars... But the coffee is always so inconsistent here. I always get a caramel macchiato; sometimes it's nice and dark/not too sweet. Other times it looks like caramel milk. I usually don't say anything but one time they actually forgot the coffee altogether, imagine a 32 oz cup of milk? I of course said something, they laughed it off and corrected it. I understand mistakes but coffee just ain't the same... Without coffee lolI imagine there is a standard process to make each drink so I don't understand how it varies so much.Donuts and bagels are always pretty good though.

Menu selections are good and this specific location typically never runs out of any menu items.Parking: Small lot with around 10 spots. difficult to get in and out of if you aren't using the drive thru.

When they are busy they always get the line of cars through quickly. Always friendly. I feel bad that they recognize my face. But appreciate their service and product.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking. Definitely more of a drive through experience.

Why would anyone put iced donuts in a bag first off the women in the window who shoved my chocolate long johns in a bag just for them to get the icing removed is beyond me where's the logic in that when you have boxes for that very reason couldn't even get my order right in the drive through no matter how clear it was speaking

Horrible drive through. Whoever is saying the best is lying. I could not hear a thing...open up the lobby. Why is it closed at 12. No reason except laziness. I am stuck in this slow drive through because you wanna close the lobby. Drove out of my way for this torture!

Don't ever go to the dunkin on 6th this one is the cleanest, freshest and the workers seem to care. Never been to a better dunkin.

if i could leave a 0 star review i would. i got the soggiest, greasiest, unseasoned hash browns this morning—they quite literally made me gag. i can confidently say i will never order from a dunkin’ donuts again

Asked for an iced matcha. They took the iced part too literal. 5 sips and my drink was gone. The location on 6th street is by far superior even though they're owned by the same owner?

Honestly, don’t waste your time going to this location. The workers are incompetent, so the line is usually extremely long. They never get my order right and for some reason their app never works when there is a promotional offer of any kind (like free coffee with a purchase for national coffee day), but it magically works every other day. They are just cheap and stingY. They make you call corporate dunkin instead of trying to help you with any issue. They didn’t even give me a straw with my iced coffee :)
