The Blueberry muffin was the best I’ve had. The Lox bagel was underwhelming. I definitely prefer Z’s bagels and Einstein Bros.’ muffins.

The bagels have always been great, and they stay that way. The breakfast burrito is amazing as well. They just don’t do it wrong! The service here is efficient and friendly.

There must be something in the air at Einstein’s Bagels on Mass! I entered feeling slightly blue and left feeling energized, cared-for, and satisfied from a delicious and healthy meal. I have enjoyed their bagels a few times before, but I think they are under new management, as this new version of the store is really something to talk about!!!! The food, service, and atmosphere were alol excellent! I had a Nova Lox bagel made from the freshest smoked salmon and a generous amount of cream cheese on a cranberry bagel (employee recommendation). It was AMAZING!! I will definitely have this menu item again. The employee at the counter was smiling, welcoming, pleasant, and cheery. The store was clean and bright, tables were out, and other customers were seated enjoying their meals. What a wonderful store this is and a great breakfast place!! I am definitely going to be a repeat customer!! Thank you, Einstein’s for a wonderful experience!!

Pure sadness after walking into your store. On a beautiful spring morning, no place to enjoy a coffee and bagel. It feels like an empty cave in there. At one time this was a fantastic little spot for coffee and a chat. Not now.Manager said the seats were removed during the covid fiasco. Hey people, guess what? That game was over like 5 years ago.I hated everything about this visit, I plam on never coming back.

Best coffee and bagels ever but most importantly - the staff is so awesome! The short girl with blonde, greenish hair is so amazing. She knows my order and always makes it in less than 3 minutes - super quick and so friendly. Both the guys are pretty great too. I love coming here for coffee. Their caramel cold brew is yyyyuummm ?❤️ Food is great but the staff makes the whole experience better. Would def recommend

Worst staff, clearly mentioned sliced and added smear, nothing was in the package drive 30 mins to pickup came home and saw this horrible thing and drove back 30 mins and to argue with stupid staff literally wasted 2 hours of my time never visiting any of the stores. Manager Ronnie was absolutely didn’t care just don’t visit this store.The one in Overland Park was absolutely delightful.All recent fine reviews are either 1 or 2 stars tells everything

Tables and Seats gone, beverage options cut in half, cleaning supplies in the front of house, walls almost completely bare.had to repeat myself over and over to order, staff were disinterest at best. I can get good bagels lot of places and enjoy a meal with my family somewhere else in the future.Disappointed. This used to be one of my favorites.

I didn’t used to be fond of this Einstein’s bagels but there was some change and they are awesome now!!!! So good!!!

Ordered on DoorDash and didn't receive my chips. Ordered again and called to do see if they would remember and the guy tried to act like I didn't order the right thing. I asked for a side of cream cheese since I paid $4.00 extra last time and didn't get chips. He said he couldn't do it cause it's $2.00 extra. Lol never ordering from here again honestly. Customer service is not good. I've never had an issue with getting a side of cream cheese.

I ordered online to get there and wait 30 in which my food did not come out then asked and the service worker said he would check then continued onto helping some other customers at the register. Waited another 10 mins then one worker asked me about my ordered where they told me that someone must’ve swiped it. So I was okay with that but then another 20 mins went by more orders came out and they asked me to repeat my order to them and they still got it wrong.
