Einstein Bros. Bagels

They have just about the laziest employees of any place in town. I'll go in there to pick up a doordash order that's literally just one bagel and it'll take them like half an hour to do it. They are morons

17 bucks for 2 regular coffees, 2 bagels, and a cookie is insane. One coffee canister wasn't hot, one was completely empty. Took 20 minutes to get my order, then they tried to give it to me without the cookie. They put cream cheese on both bagels, only 1 was supposed to have it. I think I'll just go to QT from now on.

They were out of every single bagel except for the select 3 that nobody wants. After choosing my bagel and cream cheese (paying nearly $5 per bagel), I saw that there was little to no cream cheese on the bagel. In addition to this, the coffee machines were all empty, producing cold water and coffee grinds into my cup. Place was dirty, overall bad experience.

The manager Rob was outstanding and gave us great service and his employee tj made me the best bagel I’ve ever had!!!

I think this is the best customer service I’ve ever received, the manager Rob went above and beyond to make my day. Also the cook TJ always makes the food to perfection.

Came in today Kayden and the other guy took care of me fix my order. They went out of their way to make sure everything was correct appreciate y'all service

Came in today, right after snow storm. Thomas and Kayden were working. They were fast with service the food was great and the restaurant was clean I really appreciate you all for asking about my progress on finding stable employment here in Lawrence, after losing my home in hurricane Helene. Y'all have a great day appreciate it

The Blueberry muffin was the best I’ve had. The Lox bagel was underwhelming. I definitely prefer Z’s bagels and Einstein Bros.’ muffins.

The bagels have always been great, and they stay that way. The breakfast burrito is amazing as well. They just don’t do it wrong! The service here is efficient and friendly.

There must be something in the air at Einstein’s Bagels on Mass! I entered feeling slightly blue and left feeling energized, cared-for, and satisfied from a delicious and healthy meal. I have enjoyed their bagels a few times before, but I think they are under new management, as this new version of the store is really something to talk about!!!! The food, service, and atmosphere were alol excellent! I had a Nova Lox bagel made from the freshest smoked salmon and a generous amount of cream cheese on a cranberry bagel (employee recommendation). It was AMAZING!! I will definitely have this menu item again. The employee at the counter was smiling, welcoming, pleasant, and cheery. The store was clean and bright, tables were out, and other customers were seated enjoying their meals. What a wonderful store this is and a great breakfast place!! I am definitely going to be a repeat customer!! Thank you, Einstein’s for a wonderful experience!!

Pure sadness after walking into your store. On a beautiful spring morning, no place to enjoy a coffee and bagel. It feels like an empty cave in there. At one time this was a fantastic little spot for coffee and a chat. Not now.Manager said the seats were removed during the covid fiasco. Hey people, guess what? That game was over like 5 years ago.I hated everything about this visit, I plam on never coming back.
