I travel all over the country for work, I’m in a different city every weekend. I am an avid pool player. I’ve been in the KC area all weekend and I can say that the pool scene isn’t as big here as it is in other cities across the country. I’ve visited several pool halls in the area this weekend, and Empire Bar and Billiards tops the list for me in the KC area. They have one 9’ diamond with tight pockets ($8/hr), and several 7’ diamonds, im not sure the hourly rate...
I have been playing pool at Emipre for about 8 months now. We live in Ottawa so we have a short drive home but it’s worth it. Great people,the women really encourage other women, men are nice and respectful to me and my husband. Tables are much better than Ottawa and the food is pretty good. Thanks Lawrence!!!
I've been here more than once when I've tried to order a drink and a guy at the bar is making me uncomfortable. The staff has noticed it a couple of times and has gone out of their way to make sure I'm safe and to address the person harassing me. I feel safe at this place
