The food is great. Fat Shack and Burrito King are the only local late night food spots in town, and Fat Shack is the only one downtown. The staff is always super nice and polite, and the food is always delicious and cooked fast and fresh, even when there's a rush from a concert at the Granada.

The worker at the cash register, Spirit, was so so sweet and king. She was very helpful when taking our orders and patient when we kept changing our mind. The food was hot and fresh, perfect after a night out. A hundred million shout outs to Miss Spirit!!

My God, I got a laundry list here. From no soap in the bathrooms to the owner, no clue I was standing there for five minutes waiting to order. 10 minutes later when I did get my meal, Cold fries, Chicken sandwich that was smothered in ketchup, mayo, peppers mixture. I was starving, and I threw my meal away. I would not recommend this place

Stopped in for a quick dinner before attending a concert on Mass street. It was fast and the employees were very nice. The music selection was eclectic and they had classic Tom and Jerry on the TV. The whole experience was a total vibe. I had the burger and it was solid. My friend got one of the wraps and it was quite a mixture of flavors, but it came together really well. Nice spot.

I worked at fat shack for a month. I was lied to, management got my w-4 and I9 stolen from a safe. Got fired for asking to go home because I was throwing up didn't think I should've been around food, but management was ok with me being sick throwing up. Terrible Terrible place to work worst decision I ever made. Management likes to take tips away from employees it depends if they see you work hard enough then your get part of the tip maybe. I was fired never talked to by anyone no management, no nothing had to find out on my own by another employee that was not management. I've worked at places this would have to be the worst.
