This is a classic in my college life. Many many times have. I came here after a night out and had a great milkshake!
Upon walking in, it looks like nobody works here. Nobody was at the counter and every single table is dirty. I decided to order at the order it yourself kiosk because it seems there are no humans here and it is literally crusty. I wanted to wash my hands after touching the kiosk but the bathrooms are empty. Been sitting here for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement from staff and have yet to even get my soda cup from the order I placed for myself. After seeing how filthy the tables and soda fountain are, I regret ordering food because I can't imagine how nasty the back of house is. I obviously did not add a tip when the self serve kiosk asked for one.

I was here with my friends and I got the same order as one of my friends, I was sharing my sandwich with another close friend and our sandwich was of much lower quality than what my friend was given.

The food used to be so so Good and then after taking a break and ordering it again for the past two times, and it has been very disappointingly tasteless. Like literally the fries in it were cold and soggy, the Mac didn’t have ANY sauce on it, and the bread was almost hard kinda. And these were both times that I’ve gotten it now. And this is super funny because I got a fat cow, which is supposed to be full of buffalo (taste) like bruh. Where did my favorite restaurant go can we please get actual good employees there again?

PRO TIP: if you are doing a delivery through an app, don't bother modify the order. Don't order extra stuff like sauces. You're going to be disappointed.

The general manager, Spirit, was very helpful and pleasant resolving an issue that was not her responsibility. I am grateful for the quick and thorough resolution, and look forward to dining at the Lawrence location in the future.

The food is great. Fat Shack and Burrito King are the only local late night food spots in town, and Fat Shack is the only one downtown. The staff is always super nice and polite, and the food is always delicious and cooked fast and fresh, even when there's a rush from a concert at the Granada.
The worker at the cash register, Spirit, was so so sweet and king. She was very helpful when taking our orders and patient when we kept changing our mind. The food was hot and fresh, perfect after a night out. A hundred million shout outs to Miss Spirit!!
