I was there yesterday 6/26/2025, and the employees are all rude and have attitudes i couldn't even say anything without them looking pissed off.. and when they handed me my food I say “thanks have a good day” they all stay quiet haha, what a terrible way to treat customers, I will never go back to that one again I’d rather drive up to Kansas City lol… wish I could refund that sandwich didn’t even want it after all that.

We love the service and the food. I just wish they would clean the fountain machine and clean the windows especially the ones with the spider webbs.

We live in Topeka and was in Lawrence the other night always have to stop by to grab us a Firehouse Sub! Now we just need one in TOPEKA please!!!

I ordered on the app and my pickup time was incorrect. The staff helped me straighten it out and made my sandwiches quickly for me. They were great and very kind! Sandwiches were excellent! We have been coming here since my children were little and wanted the fire hats, and they are in college now! Great place to eat!

My husband and I was in the restaurant, we had our service dog with us. One worker told the manager that there was a dog, the manager told a mother worker about us. The second worker came out and said no animals are allowed, when I informed her that he is a service dog, she asked for documentation and then went behind the counter. The rest of the time all both workers and the manager was bad mouthing us and our dog. The manager commented, "I have a black lab at home and you don't see me making him a service dog." Mind you my dog was laying in the floor at my table not causing any issues or anything.
