My grilled veggie tacos taste burned. I got no hot sauce even though I asked for some. I'm certain I asked for black beans but I got refried instead. Honestly these tacos are so bad I can hardly eat them. I used to get food from here on a regular basis and thought it was pretty good. I feel like it's going downhill

Got tacos to go. We get Fuzzys all the time in okc. Lived in Fort Worth for 8 years and was used to the original. This food was not like the tasty Fuzzy’s were accustomed to. There was a mayo/ranch/sauce on all the tacos that’s not usually on there. They all tasted the same. The tortillas fell apart. The fuzzy dust was not the normal mixture. Very disappointing.

Late last night after a 12h DoorDash shift I decided to stop in here and give Fuzzy’s Taco shop a go! They’re open til 3am which is a major plus for me - between 12a-3a is usually when I’m fully getting off work, winding down and looking for a place for grub and sometimes brews.
Located just at the beginning of downtown Mass, just after South Park - lovely location, especially for parking! Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor tables are well maintained, kept as clean and nice as the indoor ones.
The staff are friendly, vibrant, cultured (they not only laughed at my dumb cringe jokes but they even told a few themselves 😅)! Just a fun place to get a bite and brew!
Although it’s a Taco restaurant, it’s Sea life / ocean themed with its artwork inside on the walls - I love the decor! This is a restaurant that’s gone out of their way to create the coolest design and image possible for an artsy, yet comfortable and fun dine-in experience!
Previously, my favorite taco shop on Mass was “Rusty Taco” but they’re unfortunately gone. Fuzzy Taco is great though! Cheap prices on beer, delicious Margaritas- I got a Raspberry Margarita! My food was the Shredded Seasoned beef burrito and it served me for two meals and was just heavenly!
I’ll end this by saying.. if you love Chipotle.. Forget Chipotle when you’re Lawrence and get your FUZZY SIDE on at Fuzzy Taco on Mass allllllll night til the beautiful moon shines in yer 3am eyes tellin ya it’s sleepy time 😉
This place is just a must try!
Oh and the “Butt Burnin” sauce? Politicians lie to us in order to get votes. Fuzzy Taco tells nothing but the TRUTH when it comes to how HOT that sauce is. Vote Fuzzy Taco on Mass! 😝

I have posted the past and given five stars because the food is great. That said, the services just as crappy as everywhere else since the pandemic. The places that didn't close down because they couldn't afford to stay open are now the places that are just too lazy to care about their work. When somebody closes at 10:00 that doesn't mean you stop taking orders at 9:30 or 9:25 because you close them want to lock the door at 10:00 you don't close until 10:00. That means you serve customers until 10:00. Then you lock the door and then you do your job cleaning up. Every single place has turned into this disgusting lazy no work ethic not worth giving money to kind of business. I'm sorry but as simple as that and I'm sure that nobody will agree with me that works in one of these places and is one of the freaking lazy ones that doesn't understand the concept of of what work ethic really is. You're really disgusting people. You can't get the online site to work to make an order and then turn around and tell me that you were not taking phone and calls for two tacos mind you not even 9:30 yet but I can't get two tacos because you're going to be closing in 32 minutes. If that's not worthy of an owner replacing the manager I don't know what is

Update spoke to manager there was very nice and understanding
I drove 30 minutes last night to eat here as i was really craving it arrived around 10:10 and the online said they closed at 3am Friday and Saturday and when walking in i stood there for 10 minutes for the lady to come up and say they closed at 10 when even the hours on the door said 3am extremely disappointed and what a waste of gas as this is my favorite restaurant ❤️?

If your employees decide to close 7 hours early the hours of operation should be updated. There is no reason for the staff to be rude to customers who use the unlocked main entrance. Get it together.
