They are SO stingy with redeeming coupons. I had a coupon for a free item up on my phone but it didn't work. Second time this has happened to me with their app despite the fact that I didn't redeem it until I was at the store as directed on the app. The lady saw the coupon on my phone but since it didn't work would not honor it. When they can see the coupon there and know you're not trying to scam them, most places would make it right instead of just saying sorry. I wish Goodcents would go back to letting you earn and redeem points on a desktop. I go there a lot less since they made the app mandatory because of issues like this.

I love this place I have never had problem with my food. Everything has been done correctly and there was one time when there was a mix up on my order gave mine to somebody else and but they remade my sandwich and they were super nice and always have been. Definitely isn’t the cheapest place but it’s worth it in my opinion

I agree that if you are wanting to use a coupon, don’t go here. I received a birthday coupon that did not state I needed to download the app to redeem it, but after my food was prepared and I presented the coupon they said they wouldn’t take it without me scanning it on the app. I showed them the email said nothing about an app but they just said “that’s how it is.” Since there was a line that I did not want to hold up, I paid for my meal, but this seems to be a tactic of this location. Very disappointed.

Placed an online order and went to pick it up. My order wasn't made correctly, they were out of items from my order and made their own substitutions. Not only did the staff take it upon themselves to make their own substitutions to my food outside of my online order, they did not feel it was appropriate to let me know that they had done so

Don't go to this restaurant if you're planning to use a coupon. We received a $5 coupon card for this establishment, which included two 99-cent kids' meal coupons. So, my wife and I decided to take our three kids to Goodcents to take advantage of this great coupon (who wouldn't in this economy?) We also had to purchase two adult meals with these coupons, worth about $20.The way we were looked at and treated for using the said coupon by their staff, mainly the lady manager at the register, was pretty sad and infuriating. They treated us as if we were third-class citizens using food stamps or something. When I didn't receive a cup for my 2-year-old's kids' meal, I politely asked if we could still have that. The lady running the register made a very rude and snide comment, essentially saying, "Were you not smart enough to ask for it at checkout." It was very unprofessional and unnecessary. We felt singled out in a long line of customers who seemed to be treated with respect and received supreme customer service directly after treating us the way they did.It's pretty sad that we will not be dining at this establishment anymore, as our kids absolutely love GoodCents and were confused last night as we left in not the greatest mood. In today's economy, where it's hard enough to make ends meet, the last thing we needed was to be treated like beggars when simply trying to use a coupon. I hope this helps save someone from similar embarrassment.

We love this place, it's the only place we go to get a sandwich.Just be aware, if you place an order at 5pm to pick up at 7pm, they will most likely make the order immediately and then put it in the fridge until you show up. That's what they did to us.
