The girls behind the counter were laughing at me when I came in, and they didn't include our plastic silverware, or give us all of our sauces. Food was really good, just make sure you check your bag and don't tolerate rude service

I've heard their commercials for many years while I drove through the Witchita area, so I'm glad I was able to finally try it. It was pretty good. I had the 2 meat Platter with pulled pork and brisket, and both were more chunky than pulled, which was fine. It tasted amazing. My wife had the open face sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy, and she absolutely loved it. My daughter had mac and cheese and fries, and she liked it. The BBQ sauce, at least, the mild had great...

The open-face smoked brisket sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy is really good.I gave 5 stars for the atmosphere because they're doing exactly what they intended. They aren't trying to be fancy. It's an inexpensive and quick BBQ place. I'm not looking for ambiance, I want a sammich and some sweet tea. Btw- they're always nice in the drive-thru
