Every time I go by there during the day they are closed. Online it started the hours of operation. I was ordering through a delivery company. It was closed then. That's when I decided to go in person. Still not open. Not happy at all.

My friend asked if the cookies were warm, hers were not. The price list on the counter said $11.50 for 1/2 dozen, we were charged $15.03 (after tax), that's not $11.50, even with tax. That's false advertising. Cookies are just mediocre.

Terrible service. Charged me full price for an incomplete order and they delivered anyway knowing it was incomplete. Called several times, calls were dropped. When I finally got someone on the phone, they admitted that they knew it was incomplete but delivered it anyway. Offered no rebate, voucher, etc., and then they hung up. How strange. Tried calling back, and got into the phone tree, which looped between an automated message and ringing through, and then the call was dropped. Will not be ordering again.

As an employee I have quit recently and they wouldn't give me my last paycheck I reached out to 3 people still nothing if you're looking for a job here don't do it wouldn't recommend

Hot box Cookies is such a rip off I called around 11pm to Place an order to get 12 cookies Delivered for $38.96 Plus a Deliverey Fine I have been waiting at my apartment for 3 hours to get my cookies and they still haven't brought them to me yet at 12:30 this Morning I called to find out where my cookies are but the machine keeps saying that they were Closed I Sumbit my order around 11pm And The hours said you close at 1am on Friday and Saturdays and I have been waiting for over 3 Hours and I still have my order Yet and it is now 1:23 Am and the store is now closed I'm Taking my Money somewhere else this place is a Rip off

This is what a cookie cake looks like from this location. Looks nothing like the website photo and not worth $34.50. The guy working 12:20pm 8/5/24 was rude and clearly didn’t care to take our order. First he said the cookie cake was 8”, it’s 12”. He said my name was too long, it’s 6 letters. The hair in the icing is the topper.

We ordered cookies and a quart of milk and ice cream. The quart of milk arrived already open and half of it was gone. This was really gross and off-putting. The delivery driver said he couldn’t find our house when it is easily findable on GPS. Cookies were pretty good.
Edit: the manager called to apologize and and explained what happened. Sounds like it was just bad luck and someone grabbed the wrong milk.
