Terrible service. Charged me full price for an incomplete order and they delivered anyway knowing it was incomplete. Called several times, calls were dropped. When I finally got someone on the phone, they admitted that they knew it was incomplete but delivered it anyway. Offered no rebate, voucher, etc., and then they hung up. How strange. Tried calling back, and got into the phone tree, which looped between an automated message and ringing through, and then the call was dropped. Will not be ordering again.

Hot box Cookies is such a rip off I called around 11pm to Place an order to get 12 cookies Delivered for $38.96 Plus a Deliverey Fine I have been waiting at my apartment for 3 hours to get my cookies and they still haven't brought them to me yet at 12:30 this Morning I called to find out where my cookies are but the machine keeps saying that they were Closed I Sumbit my order around 11pm And The hours said you close at 1am on Friday and Saturdays and I have been waiting for over 3 Hours and I still have my order Yet and it is now 1:23 Am and the store is now closed I'm Taking my Money somewhere else this place is a Rip off

This is what a cookie cake looks like from this location. Looks nothing like the website photo and not worth $34.50. The guy working 12:20pm 8/5/24 was rude and clearly didn’t care to take our order. First he said the cookie cake was 8”, it’s 12”. He said my name was too long, it’s 6 letters. The hair in the icing is the topper.

We ordered cookies and a quart of milk and ice cream. The quart of milk arrived already open and half of it was gone. This was really gross and off-putting. The delivery driver said he couldn’t find our house when it is easily findable on GPS. Cookies were pretty good.
Edit: the manager called to apologize and and explained what happened. Sounds like it was just bad luck and someone grabbed the wrong milk.

I ordered a dozen cookies online to be delivered before 5. I waited until 8, almost 9 before I called. I assumed it was just a busy Saturday. First 10 minutes of the call the guy on the phone could not find my order any where in his system with my name and order number given online. After some time he was able to find my order with the delivery address. He was apologetic for whatever happened. He gave no real word on why the delivery never happened other than that ‘the order was put in before I got here’.
I elected for a refund because I wasn’t gonna stay up for it and I wouldnt be able to eat the cookies right before bed. I guess my cheat day will go uncheated and I will be sad. I was really looking forward to them.
TLDR; DONT ORDER ONLINE. YOU PROBABLY WILL NOT GET YOUR COOKIES
