Ordered Christmas dinner. It was completely wrong. No one would help us or answer the phones. Once we finally got the manager on the phone they told us we got what we ordered. NO WE DID NOT. Terrible customer service for spending what we did. Will NEVER step foot in the store again!

Ordered Wahlburgers for lunch. Ordered a well done burger it came rare with no sauce. Fries were so salty we couldn't eat them. Out of pasta salad so I asked for a salad instead- Didn't get dressing. Onion rings - way undercooked. No napkins or condiments. Also can't get them to answer the phone.

I called in last minute for a cake, and the bakers were very helpful to get exactly what I wanted and more. They went above and beyond!!
Thank you Hyvee (Clinton parkway, Lawrence, KS/. For going the extra mile in keeping us safe! Staff is doing an excellent job: wiping down grocery cart handles, door handles, prepackaging meats and cheeses at the deli to reduce our wait times. Even wiping down the pen after I wrote a check (didn’t think to bring my own pen). I’m also glad they put up a plexiglass shield up at each register to protect both the employee and the customer. Customers were doing a good job maintaining distance. Well done everyone! Stay strong!!

I especially love the smoked salmon and other smoked meats that are smoked right at the store as well as the salmon spread that is store made.....have never seen these in any other store.......special availability in Lawrence!
