I bought some soup from their little deli area, ham and bean of the Hy-Vee brand. Surprised to discover it has no ham... or beans! Just a smattering of carrots, onions, and vaguely bean flavored broth.

Ordered Christmas dinner. It was completely wrong. No one would help us or answer the phones. Once we finally got the manager on the phone they told us we got what we ordered. NO WE DID NOT. Terrible customer service for spending what we did. Will NEVER step foot in the store again!

SO OVERPRICED. That's really all I want to say. I imagine some people shop here because they like the experience but I personally don't think it's any better a shopping experience than Dillon's, which actually has good sale items and doesn't drastically raise its prices.

Me and my friends walked in the store like any other person. We walked Towards the back where the make up was at and grab three items pacifically an elf primer in a setting spray and my foundation right? We are walking around getting food for breakfast since it's 8am then we get soda coke and cereal and a meat item. That's all by the way this was my first time at this store anyways we are walking around like normal people but at the beginning everyone greeted us like normal people but until EVERYBODY aka the workers and the manager saying hi asking if we need help with anything we said no thank right. Then 10 minutes go by me and my friends are about to pay but we didn't feel like spending 20$ on makeup so we put it back in a random place we're the drinks we're. I know it was wrong for us to put it there but we were on the whole other side of the store. Then me and my friends go back about to pay then the manager asked *where are the other items?* with a attitude and very rude and we kindly said over there by the soda. We showed her and she said "why is this here this isn't right?, where are the other items? Girl we had 3 things nothing else and she basically accused us of stealing. Like ma"am we changed our mind? That's why we put it back. Very rude and she banned us from the store we haven't stole a single thing. This is crazy but the thing is she wanted to pull up surveillance footage of us even tho we did nothing wrong. Followed us as soon as we walked in crazy. This manager is crazy and very rude didn't even let me buy my groceries so she asked us to leave and we left very disappointed of how rude she was to us. Felt low key like racism because of our color.

Took 20 minutes to check out today. Only two registers were open with 12 people waiting in lines down the aisles. Manager was just watching and not being proactive about the lines... there were two other workers just walking around. Don't shop here unless you have 30 minutes to buy just two things.

Ordered Wahlburgers for lunch. Ordered a well done burger it came rare with no sauce. Fries were so salty we couldn't eat them. Out of pasta salad so I asked for a salad instead- Didn't get dressing. Onion rings - way undercooked. No napkins or condiments. Also can't get them to answer the phone.

The breakfast was a disaster, not only did it take longer (with the new way instead of ordering at the cash register, we now order off of a menu) but the order came to the table wrong, also, the menu prices are a lot higher than they used to be.
