I worked here for about 2 months and just quit yesterday, and let me tell you, that restaurant is full of mold, cockroaches, and ants. We never switch out the syrup bottles so they have crusty all over the rims, the managers besides heather are absolutely horrible and make the work environment very hostile. I loved working with my peers, but the management is 0/10. OSHA has been called and I hope this place gets shut down.

I ordered an original eggs Benedict with hollendaise sauces on the side. Not only did they forget to put the hollendaise sauce in the back they put black forest ham slices on it instead of Canadian bacon. Very disappointed with the food.

We hadn't been to IHOP in years, but decided to stop in just before lunch today while in Lawrence, Kansas. So glad we did! The food was delicious and affordable, and the service from our waiter, Dylan, was outstanding! His demeanor took a great dining experience to a spectacular one! Thanks so much, Dylan!

Just stopped in at 8:15 on Saturday before KU/KSstate game. There was room in the dining room for 2.actually there were several booths available, spotted throughout the dining room. We were asked how many in our party. A rude manager came up to the hostess and says to him, we are no sitting anyone until we sit the large party of 17. That party was not even on site to be set yet. Mind you there were 2 other parties of 2 after us. We left came to Perkins! Horrible service!

Brandi did a fine job serving my table. I was craving a pancake so IHOP was a good choice. The 55+ menu is a good value. Add black coffee and it's a winner.

The food was good but the service was awful. When being seated, we were not offered a high chair and had to get our own. She checked on our table once and I had to call her over to get any additional service. We had to ask for more coffee and more soda to drink. My husband is usually generous, when tipping. She could have easily made a thirty dollar tip. It wasn't that busy.
Had a sweet waiter named magus, so sweet. He was very attentive and kept a good attitude the entire time while dining in. I really appreciate whenever servers keep their cool even under pressure juggling so many tables at once. The food always comes out reasonably quick and never fails to disappoint me. Good job ihop with this one!
