My fiancée has a gluten allergy and after eating there tonight, she is dealing with a celiac attack. We have ate there so many times in the last 3 years and this is the first time we have had this happen.

I was hoping the 2.15 an hour was an isolated thing, but no, Ihop pays their employees that here too. It's abysmal and should be illegal. I won't be going to ihop anywhere anymore. What a trashy company.
We dined at noon on Christmas Day. I felt bad for the staff having to work; at the same time, I was grateful because of our circumstances. All staff that we encountered were friendly and cheerful. Our server, Riley B, was fantastic. One member of our party is rather demanding and can be rude. He handled her with kindness and a smile. Although he was very busy and they were understaffed, Riley remained cheerful, friendly, and attentive to all of his tables. And our food was delicious! Thank you!

We usually don't eat here because there's so many problems but it was one of the few places opened on Christmas. So we expected it to be crowded, slow, and probably a few issues as well especially with it being the holidays. After being seated we were informed there was no soda at all so available drinks were limited. My husband ordered a lemonade then the waiter walked back up to the table and said they were out. He gave my husband a water then walked away without him asking my husband if he wanted something else. Hot chocolate was available but for $5 you got a mug about the size of an espresso cup that is mainly just whip cream and foam. While there we watched the kitchen set out plate after plate was placed on the window pushing plates closer and closer to the edge. The cooks kept yelling order up and kept adding more plates we were amazed none got pushed off. Then the servers would converge around the window and figure out which plate belong to which server and telling the cooks that they needed to tell them which orders belonged to who. Then there were moments when the food just sat there and the cook didn't say anything and just kept adding plates until the servers finally realized the food was ready. Our food came from the growing pile of plates that was left until our server realized the food waiting there was actually ours. When my husband got his the gravy was a bit chunky and slightly grey and his mashed potatoes was actually shaped like a hot pocket. Part of my daughter's food was dry and hard and the rest of it was hot on top and cold on the bottom. My sister order the cinnamon crepes and let me tell you it looked nothing like the photo. Her's were flat with the toppings and inside more like soup poured on and then allowed to congeal while waiting to be served to us. As my mine the eggs were cold and my hashbrowns not completely cooked or warmed up depending on how they're made. As for the topping on my pancakes it didn't taste like cheesecake but more like eating giant spoonfuls of tart yogurt. Besides the tart part I think my meal was probably the best one served to our whole table. It confirmed why we stopped eating there and probably will never return again.

So I took my wife, daughter and sister in law to eat here on Wednesday night (Christmas) because of course it was the only restaurant open on that day and after a short wait to be seated and an even longer wait to get our food, after ordering, not only were they completely out of C02 for the soda machine, which means no soda, but then when our food did arrive my daughter's chicken tenders looked dry and burnt, her second bowl of macaroni was cold and my chicken fried steak had what appeared to be a bad attempt at country gravy poured over it laid out next to what I assume was mashed potatoes. My wife's and sister in laws foods was also partially cold or undercooked and the crepes they order looked nothing like their picture in the menu. Terrible all the way around.
