Waited 30 minutes for employee to come out of the bathroom but never did. Multiple people left because there was no employee in sight. Tried calling, tried repeatedly opening the door so it would ring, and even knocked on the bathroom door. Was told she would “be right out” of the bathroom but never came. Pre ordered on Grubhub and couldn’t cancel. This is ridiculous. Never did get my cookies that I paid for.

Terrible service, employee was in the bathroom for 10-15 minutes and wouldn’t come out. we preordered and couldn’t cancel our order, absolutely ridiculous. employees need to be paying attention and attending to their customers, 2 people left because they took so long. will probably not come back.

This place is awesome! Came in and it smelled just lovely and the purple tones put me at ease almost instantly. Employee came up seconds after I walked in and was extremely kind and gave us plenty of time to figure out what we wanted and was very kind while serving us. Cookies were ready and in the box right after we asked for them. A very nice and inviting atmosphere! I usually can't take more than 3 bites of ice cream without feeling sick because of taste preferences but I think this ice cream is the first sweet thing I've been able to eat without feeling sick in years.
Vegetarian options: There are multiple vegetarian and vegan options, I was impressed because usually I don't find dessert places that have that!
Dietary restrictions: There are a few gluten free options! I saw that and it made me pretty happy to know I could take some of my friends who can't have gluten here ?

Dude taking our order was weird and said to, "Call me back when you're ready to order" and proceeded to go to the back. Had to call him back like 2 times and that still didn't work. So we had to open the door so he could hear the door alarm go off. Messed up our order in the end and was suprised we payed in cash. He also couldn't work the register properly. Ain't comin back

Bad all the way around. When we walked in and didn’t know exactly what we wanted the guy up front walked to the back and had us call him to order. After ordering we had to put in our order twice because it baffled them that we payed cash. After watching the employee count out Pennie's I just had them keep the change. None of our cookies were ready. Employees acted like it was surprising that someone actually came in. I don’t know if this is front for some type of cookie cabal but I don’t know how it’s still open
