I ordered through the app for a pickup. The store charged my card 20% more than the total that was shown in the app. When I arrived at the store, I asked for an explanation. They couldn’t explain the discrepancy. They also refused to issue a refund. All they offered was to text a manager. They eventually called the manager, who refused to issue a refund. The only resolution offered was they could email their corporate support.
Absolutely insane.

First time ever going to insomnia. Wow!!! I walked in and Sarah who was working the counter was so friendly and helpful. Ordered and received the cookies quickly (they were very fresh with the perfect texture) and they were delicious! I would highly recommend this location.

At they're prices, they are EXTREMELY proud of their cookies when they don't come close to other gourmet cookie shops in terms of taste. Definitely not bad, it's just when I'm spending a premium I expect much better tasting cookies than the Nestle toll house cookies you can bake at home for much cheaper. Didn't have issues with the staff but they didn't go out of the way to be friendly or helpful. It's alright but I'd go to Crumbl first any day.

Waited 30 minutes for employee to come out of the bathroom but never did. Multiple people left because there was no employee in sight. Tried calling, tried repeatedly opening the door so it would ring, and even knocked on the bathroom door. Was told she would “be right out” of the bathroom but never came. Pre ordered on Grubhub and couldn’t cancel. This is ridiculous. Never did get my cookies that I paid for.

Terrible service, employee was in the bathroom for 10-15 minutes and wouldn’t come out. we preordered and couldn’t cancel our order, absolutely ridiculous. employees need to be paying attention and attending to their customers, 2 people left because they took so long. will probably not come back.

wanted some cookies after dinner, this the only place that is open late. Terrible communication, terrible cookies, terrible place, let’s close this place down already no cappies. I’ve ordered at 9pm, bro it’s 11pm and still not here . I’ve called , no answer . Crazy.
This place is awesome! Came in and it smelled just lovely and the purple tones put me at ease almost instantly. Employee came up seconds after I walked in and was extremely kind and gave us plenty of time to figure out what we wanted and was very kind while serving us. Cookies were ready and in the box right after we asked for them. A very nice and inviting atmosphere! I usually can't take more than 3 bites of ice cream without feeling sick because of taste preferences but I think this ice cream is the first sweet thing I've been able to eat without feeling sick in years.
Vegetarian options: There are multiple vegetarian and vegan options, I was impressed because usually I don't find dessert places that have that!
Dietary restrictions: There are a few gluten free options! I saw that and it made me pretty happy to know I could take some of my friends who can't have gluten here ?
