First time ever going to insomnia. Wow!!! I walked in and Sarah who was working the counter was so friendly and helpful. Ordered and received the cookies quickly (they were very fresh with the perfect texture) and they were delicious! I would highly recommend this location.

At they're prices, they are EXTREMELY proud of their cookies when they don't come close to other gourmet cookie shops in terms of taste. Definitely not bad, it's just when I'm spending a premium I expect much better tasting cookies than the Nestle toll house cookies you can bake at home for much cheaper. Didn't have issues with the staff but they didn't go out of the way to be friendly or helpful. It's alright but I'd go to Crumbl first...

This place is awesome! Came in and it smelled just lovely and the purple tones put me at ease almost instantly. Employee came up seconds after I walked in and was extremely kind and gave us plenty of time to figure out what we wanted and was very kind while serving us. Cookies were ready and in the box right after we asked for them. A very nice and inviting atmosphere! I usually can't take more than 3 bites of ice cream without feeling sick because of taste preferences but...
