Ed Irvine’s international experience in agriculture and the Vintner’s enology education from the University of California, Davis, have helped elevate the quality of their wines. The winery also features a pizza oven, and Ed Jr., an accomplished chef, brings his culinary expertise to the delicious pizza selections.
