The owner has gone above and beyond the expectations of his job title for his customers. My daughter wouldn’t make it through college without her coffee, so she needed a go to coffee shop when she moved to KU. J & S is awesome!! You just have to try the grasshopper!! Fun spot to hang out while in Lawrence. Staff had great insights to share as we tried to decide what to order. Hot caramel macchiato with oat milk, made with caramel sauce was just right.
My favorite coffee shop in Lawrence!! Everyone from the baristas to the owner are exceptionally nice. There is nothing like a locally owned and run coffee shop. Their food is delicious and their coffee always hits the spot. Be sure to grab some of their coffee beans too! Exceptional!
