I have been told by multiple people how great this place is and I want to like it because I live really close and the people are super nice, but both times I ordered takeout here (first was some singapore style noodles and second time was lo mein) everything was just really mediocre and bland. Maybe I'm getting the wrong things?

Honestly, everything was pretty bad...
The egg drop soup was flavorless and didn't even come with crunchy wontons. That's just rude. Luckily I had a bag in my cabinet.
The beef and broccoli was mostly just carrots and was drowning in water.
The spring rolls were broken and the shrimp inside was chewy.
The chicken wings were dry and hard.
Octopus balls were the absolute worst I've ever had.. they tasted like some kind of chemical.
Moo shu was missing the pancakes so that was definitely disappointing.
Not to mention the extra sauce we got was in a crushed Styrofoam container and had gotten on almost everything in the bag.
I'll never be back to this place.

Went to dinner with my sister, and the food was fantastic! I had the pad thai, and highly recommend it! Also had fast and courteous service, thank you!

Very disappointing yet again. This place used to be very good. Got salt and pepper shrimp. Extremely spicy and nothing like the last time I ordered it. Very little shrimp and mostly onions for some reason. Didn't get the rice I asked for. Sesame noodles taste like peanut butter....not sesame.

I grab lunch here often. Quick food delivery and consistent flavors. I love the lo mein.

Quality low, prices high, service horrible. Ordered Kung Pow Chicken and it was 100% made incorrectly. Maybe 2 oz of chicken with 6 oz of celery, which is not an ingredient to Kung Pow Chicken. They coated the chicken which is also incorrect. Ordered a sushi roll and the salmon was old and the shrimp had a strong taste. Service was awful over a 45 minute dining time, she came by twice.

We had not been here for several years. The restaurant appears clean and kept up well. The portion sizes are larger than before, as well as the prices. The crab rangoon was crispy, and the creamy filling was just that - creamy, but no hint of crab [imitation or real]. The egg rolls were okay but not as flavorful as before. Meal enjoyment was about 50/50. We should have ordered the pad thai spicier as it was rather bland, and although the vegetable one was ordered, veggies were in short supply, so it was not worth the price for mainly noodles. The kung pao chicken was good and almost too spicy. The other noodle dishes were okay, but again, it was not worth the price for mostly noodles. While I appreciate empty plates being removed, they should not be stacked at the table, nor should the server lean totally across a patron to reach and remove dirty plates. We used to come here because everything was flavorful and didn't hurt the budget so much. I doubt we'll return.

Vegetarian options: Although there are many options, the vegetarian dishes did not include a large amount of vegetables.

Kid-friendliness: We did not see a children's menu. The children in our party did not care for the crab rangoon or egg rolls (which was a surprise as they usually do), and did not care for the noodle dish they split.

Wheelchair accessibility: Parking is available but I'm not sure the ordering station is suitable if someone is using a wheelchair, and many of the tables are not compatible with wheelchair use. Some tables could easily be arranged to accommodate someone using a wheelchair.

The lo mein is pretty flavorless. You get a decent portion but it’s mostly noodles with sporadic chicken and onions. Tasteless. The service was short I wasn’t greeted upon entry. The inside is very nice and they were quick with the food.

Service was pleasant but all my food had a funny aftertaste. I couldn't eat buy 3 bites of almond chicken, chicken lo mein, and white rice. I miss King's Buffett..

ordered egg drop soup, they did not include wontons, say they only do so upon request. Ordered crab Rangoon, did not include red sauce for this. called and they did not seem to care. poor service with typical items that come with these orders at almost all Chinese restaurants.

Shame on them for refusing service to a blind woman. She should not have to justify her right to eat there. I recommend that people stop eating here.
