I got the chicken on stick served over the lo mein and my wife got the orange chicken and friend rice. The chicken on a stick was pretty low mid, but that lo mein was gutter teir - a heaping helping of bland noodles with a couple stray pieces of broccoli and scallions. My wife's chicken was pretty poor as well, but that fried rice was a sorry joke.
This is what a landlocked american considers to be good Chinese food.

Jade was my favorite Chinese restaurant for decades. I have a long standing tradition of ordering food from them on Christmas, unless I’m working out of town. This Christmas I am alone. I lost my soulmate in March, so it’s my first holiday without her too. I tried to place an order, but they just told me they aren’t taking any more orders. I wish I were dead. The only thing I’ve had to look forward to in ages, and it was taken from me too. If I survive to next year, I’ll never eat there again.
Not only do they have my favorite Honey Chicken, they gave me a piece of birthday mochi cheesecake ❤️

I was shocked at the fact of who I assumed was the manager or owner was yelling and insulting one of the receptionist while I was dining. The food itself was mediocre at best but the customer service, be at the that the worker conditions seem to be unfair and unjust. Would not recommend going here at all. Prayers for the receptionist 🙏

Service wasn’t very friendly, I went around lunch time. Place was practically empty which says a lot. Despite the reviews I tried them anyway because I didn’t want anything fried nor anything with meat in it. I had beef pho w/o meat - TASTELESS with flat rice noodles instead of thin rice noodles. Never had it made this way nor without flavor. Drowned it in Sirachi sauce for flavor and I don’t eat spicy food.
Cold spring rolls w/o meat. Peanut sauce was the WORST I’ve ever had. The dark color of it should have warned me. NEVER seen anything with peanut so dark. It’s usually a light brown.
Get me back to Dallas ASAP where the Pho is made correctly!!
