I was shocked at the fact of who I assumed was the manager or owner was yelling and insulting one of the receptionist while I was dining. The food itself was mediocre at best but the customer service, be at the that the worker conditions seem to be unfair and unjust. Would not recommend going here at all. Prayers for the receptionist 🙏

Service wasn’t very friendly, I went around lunch time. Place was practically empty which says a lot. Despite the reviews I tried them anyway because I didn’t want anything fried nor anything with meat in it. I had beef pho w/o meat - TASTELESS with flat rice noodles instead of thin rice noodles. Never had it made this way nor without flavor. Drowned it in Sirachi sauce for flavor and I don’t eat spicy food.
Cold spring rolls w/o meat. Peanut sauce was the WORST I’ve ever had. The dark color of it should have warned me. NEVER seen anything with peanut so dark. It’s usually a light brown.
Get me back to Dallas ASAP where the Pho is made correctly!!

Disappointed. Tip & prepay before your order is placed. Curry is soy sauce loaded with salt & water. My friend became very sick eating a small portion of his Generals Chicken.. Cucumber salad for $6.50 was thin slices of a tiny cucumber. I don't leave comments, but this was a unpleasant experience.

I ordered the combo fried rice, but unfortunately, the rice was extremely mushy and inedible. When I called to address the issue, I was met with interrogation about how much I had eaten rather than any concern or apology. I was told no one else complains, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Although I brought the food back and received a refund, the lack of customer service and the way I was treated left a bad impression. I won’t be returning.

Still love the employees and the vibe, but the last couple of times have kind of sucked. On one my food was inedible (overcooked the chicken damn near the point of jerky) and the second was close to the same though I found a couple okay pieces.
