Three stars because of all the good sandwiches I’ve gotten from here but feel like quality is sliding. Last few times there’s less meat on the sandwich and today I order a club and pick it up just to find there’s no pepper relish, no Mayo, and if there was I couldn’t tell any oil vinegar salt pepper oregano. Haven’t had it in a while and was excited for lunch just to get this dry sando. Even tipped which I wish I hadn’t now that I had to try and fix it at the house without relish or Mayo :( Feel like when it hits it’s the best sandwich in town but don’t really enjoy spending $20+ on some meh. Not sure I’ll be back anytime soon…

Just got done working a 12 hrs shift. Went in to get super. They had no lettuce or bacon, and you had white or wheat bread only. They still had an hour to wait on customer's. But I guess their policy is that if they run out, they are just out. You get what you get, or you can go somewhere else. That is exactly what I did. I think the saddest part is. The kid behind the counter could give a shit less....

Whoever the long hair kid with glasses is needs a lesson in hygiene . In a span of like 5 minutes dude scratched his face, neck and rubbed his stomach with his gloves on then proceeded to answer the phone then come back , manhandle my sandwich with some dirty gloves he didn't change then he started wiping the crumbs and stuff off the counter with the exact same gloves and finished my sandwich ….. thats really gross

I usually love Jersey Mike’s, but tonight the lack of basic sanitation procedures was amazing (and not in a good way). Staff were answering the phone, wiping their gloved hands on their shirts, wiping crumbs off the counter, touching their face, etc without changing gloves. Fingers crossed we don’t get food poisoning tonight. 🤣

I came in for the first time and ordered a mini turkey and cheese sandwich. The sandwich was great, service was fast, and when the employee asked me if I wanted it Mike’s Way and I didn’t know what it was, he kindly explained it to me. However, when I went up to pay and told the cashier (a blue haired girl) that I got a turkey and cheese mini, I expected it to be around $7 but the total was around $9. I asked, saying that I thought the sandwich was $6.95. She said sorry no the number 13 was (insert this amount). I thought it was my mistake since I just didn’t know how Jersey Mike’s does things. I paid, and then her coworker came by and told her that I didn’t order the 13 and she just looked at me, turned away, and didn’t say sorry.

I would give today’s visit zero stars if I could. Every other time, which we go to Jersey Mike’s a lot, we order the sandwich, and then they ask us about toppings after they slice the meat and cheese. Today we waited 10 minutes while they made online orders. They then announced our sandwiches were ready. When the two guys working were told they would have to remake 2 of the 3 sandwiches, they copped a major attitude, and told us not to tell them how to make the sandwiches because we don’t work there. BTW, the reason for remakes were due to allergen issues. I would like to know who owns the Lawrence franchise, as I would like to have a chat with them about teaching employees customer service.

Restaurant is clean. Everyone working is friendly and goes out of their way to provide good service. Above all the food is really good. My boyfriend is about the pickiest eater on the planet and he’s ate their twice this past week. The bread tastes really fresh and I loved my chicken philly.
Best sandwich shop in town. The sore is clean and the sandwiches are the best by far. The manager knows how to run a store and give great customer service all around.

They stopped their grill before closing even tho I just saw them finish a hot sub and said they could no longer make it. Staff was in a rush to leave and making it very obvious that they didn't want to be there.
